I would never have believed that one day I would be watching live chess games on UA-cam, but this is actually very entertaining as well as good learning material. Good luck, Mrs Cramling!
I watched the Ju Wenjun game and am happy (if not relieved) Pia draew that game. She looked upset right afterwards, so I thought she had lost. I honestly believe a 30 or 40-year-old Pia would never have miss-interpreted that last move. A younger Pia would've beaten a 60-year old Pia and that's perfectly natural. She's playing at 100% for her age. Three draws considering the worldclass competition before her is nothing less than inspiring!
That had nothing to do with age. She moved too quickly, that's all.
I watched 8 hours of Pia Cramling playing chess yesterday. Just can’t wait for more.
Nobody I know would have faired so well against this opponent. Totally in awe of Pia. 💜
Omg, even without the chess I just love this family 🤗👍🏽
Ditto!! What a wonderful family!!
Couple of thoughts.
1) Good game, tough game.
2) The power of just a few moves in chess is amazing.
3) I think being good at endgames is important. Perhaps knowing when not to enter an endgame could be important, also.
4) Playing to win is still worth the risk. You only live once.
5) All players are very competitive, and I thank you for sharing. Very educational, and my own rating has risen dramatically watching these tough matches.
Thank you, and good luck!
Mam Pia refresh her old tactics and she applied for winning 😊..go go po.
Chess is so much more a mental game than anything else. Pia you're the OG you're the QUEEN don't forget that
Pray and Vishali are not the only two siblings to ever become grandmasters, the polgar sisters are also grandmasters.
But they are the only male and female siblings
First brother and sister
Same with the Muzychuk sisters. Prag and and Vaishali are the first brother and sister grandmasters.
I only have one statement, and that is, you have a lovely family and a briliiant commitment to your passion. it's warming. Congrats for that alone. :)
Pía is sooo strong, so sad she blunder at the end... Anyway she is rocking 💪🏾💪🏾
Thinking too much for a long time may exhaust your brain. At this level one should be able to trust the kind of reflexes and intuition that you built up from experience.
I cannot understand how good players blunders with few pieces on the board thus less permutations rather than blunder with most pieces on the board.
How did you get the pure livestream footage?
When Pia moved 48. fxe6, I was thinking why not f5-f6, but Stockfish ranks that as only slightly less bad. It gives Rg6-g8 as equal, 0.00, at a depth of 47 ply.
Why haven't these been simulcast live on YT, only live on twitch?
Ana me pregunto como esta tu castellano? podrías cubrir algunos pasitos o algo en es?
Hi may I mention Susan and Judit Polgar as another Sibling pair who are Grandmasters
They're the first brother sister GM pair, because there are more sibling pairs.
Judit the Goddess of women chess
and we also have Anna and Mariya musychuk who are still playing and both are over 2500 in current rating
But they are first sister and brother
I liked Jodith Polgar reti openings for black i hope we can play in the internet..😊
We love you Pia! ❤❤❤
I know it's part of the game, but looks like Pia got swindled into seeing ghosts and thinking there were threats so she ended up making bad moves. Had she just stood her ground, looks like game was headed to a draw with both players times going down.
Your mother said, 'This what she said you should have done.' Your response was 'This is what you already knew.' I really appreciate your love for your mom. It's lovely. Perhaps, at some point in the future, you could allow a modicum of credit to opponents.
Another rough result but Pia is playing incredibly well.
G2,g3,h2,h3 ,Q-d2..attacking the bishop on g7.
Recenty vaishali is on fire 🔥 she is the sole leader in this tournament and even during the candidates game she had bad start and then finished 4 wins in a Row to finishvsecond behid the eventual candidate.
💜
❤❤❤❤❤
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Pia fckedup simple rook and pawn endgame. From a grandmaster, I's not expect such silly mistakes.
For some reason, I don't see the live stream of Anna's commentary on UA-cam, just this recording.
The live stream is on Twitch. It starts at 5 EST time. This is just a recap of the match.
@@Lindastyle 5 est was almost 2 hours ago O_o. unless you mean AM.
@@fish-rm6xlthat's why this is a recap of today's match 😂 I'm just saying that if she want to see the next live match she needs to be on Twitch at 5 EST
@@Lindastyle gotcha
When anna got logged out, i had a tournament cancel out on all of us. Or it was like minutes apart. Was super weird
@3:38:30 Pia should have pushed the pawn instead of taking
absolutely!! I was sad, two HUGE blunders in two endgames in a row!! She's been playing so well though
3:28:00
White Rook controls the second rank master..How are you Gm David Howell.
damn.. vaishali needs a new jacket.. it got a tear.
Since the audience are so big for Chess, with enormous apps getting millions, the win prices dont look so big! Carlson and Nakamura are almost celebrity giving so many views, some videos of the games and u get more than the whole price just with adsense!
I guess at least all received something for the travel costs.
Can you please do a recap of this game at a later time with your mom? It will give us some insights into what lead her to that decision.
Good evening wfm Anna Cramling I have played double. fianchetto bishop with cow opening sequence and i win the game.😊
Pia always getting into time trouble, like daughter like mother.
💙💜
Are you sure she is prodigy? Prodigies usually become GMs around the age of 12 and at her age they already have much higher ratings.
Man still seemed like a draw ✍️
Instead you getting upset ,why dont you take up chess as profession and compete with Vaishali.
Sr Pia is excellent player of classical chess and we need to think of her age She is tigress and competing with other GMs.
😊
Funny you thought a 2200 was getting good prep at home and you are a daughter of two GMs!!!
Who is 2200 ? Vaishali was 2489 on published rating and now she is 2500 on live rating. Vaishali has access to the coaching of R B Ramesh in her home town.
He's talking about Anna Cramlling!@@atulbesra822
My favorite moment: "I am confusion" (03:34:34). Needs to be a t-shirt.
Indian siblings are in the lead
Not anymore.
Wish i had a chess grandmaster grandmother like her😂
listen to your mother coke zero is not good for you at all .
Truth.
Always a joy to watch Pia play. Anna? Well.. yeah, she is boring, but Pia makes up for it. ;)
Both you and you mom needa stop analyzing for 20 minutes and focus on the game :D Have a physical bord or another screen. But ..we wanna see the game.
Nah
💀💀💀💀💀
Skill issue
Really glad she finally got her teeth whitened.
