Hello, What a supper video. Yes there was some very nice kit been used. (100mm-400mm I have been ordered 9 mounths ago, no sign of it yet) But I love the way the video was more about nature and animals. Lovely work once more. Thank you. Keep well, keep safe and continue to inspire us all.
Very interesting video, both Lara and George seems to have a sane approach towards wildlife. Will be interesting to see and photograph at isle of mull once I arrive there in July! Thanks for sharing! =)
May until the first week of August. By August the puffins are getting ready to leave as soon as the offspring are big enough. One of the many tour boating companies on Mull will tell you more of what else you might expect to see on Lunga or Staffa depending on what time of year you are going.
Nice video, haven't seen a Nikon school video in years. Yesterday I literally rain into a bird with my car by accident 😓 it literally just sorta flew into car and exploded
Nice work. Having said that , may need to check on the data posted associated with mr George Turner’s images . None of them make sense. If they are correct, who shoots at f 18, heard of “diffraction”. One buys a 400mm f2.8 to shoot at f2.8. Stopping down constantly to some ridiculous small aperture, one should get a 100-400 instead.
It 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘦 the Nikkor Z 100-400mm put into DX-mode, which would equal: 150-600mm...but it wouldn't be a 6.3, it would maintain the lens' native aperture of 5.6 on the long end (unlike using a TC). The exif showing 6.3, makes me think it has to be a Tamron/Sigma F-mount, since it was their own personal images from other assignments (not this Nikon hosted event) & they just put "Nikkor" instead of the 3rd party brand.
Please, give us a fullbodied(butt light) cheap camera... Many of us just want the best ergonomics. Love Nikons just for this reason. Z50LF(Light Full body)
an f2.8 lens is nice and fast but to then be taking pictures at between f8 and f18 kind of takes the edge away, I suppose i'm missing something, I have a couple of large, lenses a 200-500mm f5.6 and a 150-600mm f6.3, at f8 both of them are just as sharp for a quarter of the price
Fantastic location. Good to see Ricci on here.

Beautiful Nikon Colors ❤️🙌🏻

Lara & George are just such amazing and kind people. Definitely the best guides for this area 🤙🏻
❤️
Wow! 😲 Take me with you next time! Great video, I really enjoyed it!
Such a great video and fantastic images! Thanks, George and Lara for taking us up close with the wildlife while always respecting it!
Great video, picked up some good tips, I’m going up to Mull this weekend with my Z9
Hope the tips come in handy for your trip 😊

Amazing shots, what are the best months to see Puffins on Mull?

3:35 is that really F8??
Crazy.
Probably the bird had a lot distance to the background.
Interesting to see no tripods or even camera straps ... great video.

Nikkor 150-600? What Nikkor 150-600? 18:51 I know only Sigma and Tamron lenses with those specs.
Noticed that as well straight. New lens?!
@@MarcMol possible but that would be very weird in a Nikon workshop. All lenses shown on location were Nikon's.
