    We combine rosmarino and salvia (sage) for roasting chicken, beef here in Italy. We also add white wine.

    Different instant sauces. How it helps for good cooking like caldereta mix chopsuey mix. Different instant food sauces or mixes

    As for me naman ,I keep my garlic powder in a sealed container and place it inside the ref. to keep its powdery form.

    my staples are sea salt, semi ground pepper, garlic powder and paprika. i also tried himalayan pink before pero sabi mas medicinal parin ang sea salt which is true very effective sa sore throat at pg my flu. hassle nga ng garlic powder pag tumigas

    Holy basil is way better than ordinary thai basil for ga prao dish. Having a western employer makes me expose in different spices for their preferred dishes😊

    Love the video, however according to my friend, Thai should be pronounced as "tai", and thyme should be pronounced as "time", just like Thomas, it's "Tomas". Very informative ang mga videos mo Ms. Judy Ann, ang dami ko natututunan. Thank You!

    ano po local name ng kaffir sa pinas? ung tagalog name ba pag hinanap sa palengke?
    pinahirapan ako nyan before kasi gusto gumawa ng salted egg chicken wings buti nalang meron sa shopee/lazada kaso masyado mahal at naka glass jar pa.
