I was a MP stationed at Harvey Barracks for 16 months. 1981-1982. Beautiful place. I remember patrolling the streets in the Patrol car at Christmas time. It was night and a light snow was falling and German people were out walking and shopping. I thought man this is something out of a Charles Dickens novel. I had an apartment right on the main street that the fountain is on, above a German cleaners. A Great Experience for a 22 year old. I'm 61 now and wouldn't trade if for the world.

I was stationed here at Larson Barracks 1971 to 1974. A beautiful little town. A lot of fond memories.
Yes sir I was there from 69 to 73 and as a kid we used to go to Larson barracks a lot my dad was stationed at Harvey barracks I lived at Marshall heights and the more of these videos that I watch I miss the place in the town there's tons of memories
My father was stationed at Harvey barracks 69 to 73 I lived at Marshall heights and I graduated high school from wicksburg American high School in 1973
it is a nice place. I grew up there. Always nice to watch my home town. Hope to see it again.
