Hi there, I normally don’t comment Much but I do watch your videos. I do suffer from fibromyalgia as well as chemo neuropathy, and I do relate with the symptoms that you’ve been having. but from what you’ve been describing your symptoms I do agree with you. It sounds like 100% you have fibromyalgia. What helps me for medication is called naltrexone which is an experimental drug. I also do take duloxetine. Those are two that really helped me I used to be on what’s called gabapentin if you have any more questions or curiosity, just feel free to ask.
I don’t know if you’re going through. But a pain management doctor is who I go through.

Not sure why you are giving up the coffee, but I have drank atleast 5 cup of coffee daily since I was 15 yrs old. I am now 75 the only thing that might be a fault is that I only stand 5 foot, other than that, I do as much now as I did when I was 40. Yes, I run my own small business, oh wait, My kids are all grown now and I have Great Grandchildren to chase after :) Blessings to you and yours..

Coffee is very bad for inflamatory problems. I gave up coffee for that reason as I hace osteo-artheritis (and bad), but without any regrets as I drank for 5 lifetimes at least. Sugar is another thing to cut down as much as possible. Beleive me, it makes a hell of a difference!

Hi Angela, I started with the back pain, like you describe, and I found some videos on youtube on stretches and stuff from some doctors, and it has really helped me. I am free from pain. They are effortless to do, and they crack your back and release whatever is stuck. Hope this helps!
I feel you with the struggle of kids that thrive on routine. We have 2 autistic kids and some days it’s a struggle when we have last minutes changes or planned changes in their routine. I’m not saying Roman is neurodivergent but you might try some deep sensory input with him when you know he’s going to struggle. When your husband was throwing him in the air, I bet that helped regulate him. Things like jumping, rolling around on the floor, being wrapped like a burrito then rolled around, pushing or pulling something heavy, etc are considered deep sensory input. Our son is able to focus and adapt so much better when he has deep input. He’s always been that kid that likes to play rough. Enjoy the summer with your kiddos!!
