Your videos have helped me in the past and when I finally upgraded from dslr to asi2600mc, I couldn’t get the camera to power. I was using a power converter, and your AM5 set up video mentioned to power directly to portable power, which worked. Glad you’re doing better and had to sub to the channel.
Hope you’re doing well? Really enjoy your videos and find them helpful. Hope you get back to doing UA-cam videos again soon! Thanks so much and my thoughts and prayers are with you!
When I'm not obsessing over Astrophotography/Wildlife photography, I work as a Resource Coordinator for a Crisis Stabilization Program/Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTS). Bravo to you for having the courage to being brave enough to admit you need help and trying to help others! Seriously. More people need to hear this kind of thing. Life is short, as evidenced by our beloved Allyn Wallace passing too soon. I will also be attending the Great American Eclipse of 2024! Thanks again for all of your great vids. Stay Strong. Continue to keep your head up. Clear Skies! Aaron.
Thank you. It wasn't easy making the decision to let you all know what's going on, but it felt right to do so. Your job is also important. The people I worked with the past year have been invaluable, and people like you are amazing. I am saddened by the news of Allyn, he was one of my inspirations to start recording. I hope the weather treats you well on Monday where you are planning on watching the eclipse.
@@AstroEscape Thank you! We'll be in Missouri, where we were for the 2017 eclipse. The forecast actually is actually looking good right now, unlike the rest of the eclipse path, so fingers crossed. Anyway, subscribed and bell rung! Keep the vids coming! I just got a Star Watcher Star Adventurer GTI and a Samyang 135 f2! Can't wait for some clear skiies. Cheers!
Thank you for such an honest video, Daylon. Although you don’t know me (I’m in the UK), I’ve been watching your videos for several months now and I want to tell you that it feels like I'm watching a friend. I really like your presentation style. Your guides on setting up the ASIAIR are brilliant and got me up and running very smoothly without issues when I got mine. I’m currently working through your guides on Pixinsight and they are equally helpful. So a huge thank you for everything you are doing. Welcome back and stay safe! Phil
Welcome back! The other day I was surprised to get a response from you about a comment I left about one of your AM 5 vidz from awhile ago. I remembered you saying you had some health issues and was glad to hear from you. Anyway, glad to have you back and doing better. I like your vidz, they're informative but not hyper technical, and I can understand them because I am not a tech geek. Can't wait for new content.
As long as you have your family and loved ones around, you're in heaven on earth. I understand that now after I lost a few. Your mental health will be fine. Just take it easy and do youtube at your own pace.

I'm headed out tonight for my first image attempt. Thanks for the videos.
Hope you're doing well ❤ just subscribed to you. All the best 👍
