I'll add another comment. You have to be very careful how you load an impeller machine. Oftentimes the clothes are not moved properly and some clothes don't even get wet during the wash cycle
This guy is totally wrong. I own an impeller machine and I have owned an agitator in the past. The impeller machine is inferior in most ways. Because it often cannot figure out how much water to use it uses too little then you have clothes and the fins rubbing on your clothes which wears them out faster. It does not often use less water then an agitator. Because it often underestimates the amount of water to use you tend to put it on deeper wash cycles which use more water. I will never buy one again. The best machine is a front loader
it really comes down to personal choice and circumstance. it's great that you prefer front loaders for the reasons you do. we have also received comments from people who hate front loaders for various reasons. Some people hate agitators because they had their intimates get caught in them, stretch them and ruin them. other people love agitators because of it's ability to handle heavily soiled clothes. we don't believe there is a "best" choice. just a best choice for you. Cheers!
I can't take anyone seriously that recommends a front load, I will never, ever own a front load again. It's a constant battle trying to keep my clothes smelling clean in a dingy front loader.
@@preston1614 I agree! I cringed trying to wash my newborns clothes in a smelly front loader, the person before me didn't keep up with the maintenance to the seals and I fear the damage is done with the moldy scent.
@NovieBaby start adding 2 cups of vinegar to every load. It will kill the bacteria eventually. I have a front load and it is constantly running and it's hard to keep it from smelling. My parents recently got a front load and they are battling the same thing. I have gone my whole life with a top load, never had any issues.
