I often encourage friends /saints who are going through challenges NOT to run away from God , NOT to stop praying and NOT to break fellowship .Our answers and breakthroughs are not found sitting in our huddles of anxiety , anger or panic in on the couch. Our answers are in the presence of God. The devil EXACTLY wants to take us away from Christ . Please pray for me because I've battled sexual temptation/lust off and on and going through a spiritual slumber my whole adult life. I've prayed daily, read my Bible daily, and gone to church, yet I still struggling and tormented. I long for FREEDOM in Christ, peace, joy, and contentment in life. 🙏🏻☝🏻

Thank you sooo much during many challenges going on around me I had become tired exhausted in fact Thank you I had realised the enemies distractions from reading praying and yes had started to withdraw because I was not using the sword and been drawn into wordly comfort and self pity praise the lord that this sermon has woken me from the slumber and the temptations thank you father the armour too was amazing yes the enemy as I was weak tired I had been listening to his lies and was losing hope I can't thank God enough for waking me up at 5am this morning to read this on lock down I know I need more more than ever to join more groups of Christians to pray with me and I for them bless you
Sound teaching as always , I would add that failure to use the armour may not necessarily cause one to forfeit ones salvation but it will cause you to live a defeated life and not be all Christ called you to be. You'll make it heaven but loose out on hearing a "Well done" and potential rewards.

Does Praying in the spirit mean to pray for things that are Jesus approved and when you mean praying in the flesh does that mean to pray for worldly things? Or is it more concrete like in spirit means to pray silently in your heart and on flesh meaning out loud?

As you probably know, there are many translations to pick from. Some just use different wording to make it easier to understand. There is nothing wrong with that as long as the verse is similar across all translations.

Pray with different tongues daily. If you have the gift of speaking in tongues. Never under-estimate praying in tongues.
