Hi Andrea you ought to go to PINS charity shop at the top of Northgate Street GY the town end ..its almost overwhelming not like normal charity shops,you have to rummage and dig in this one,and prices are great too...its not open weekends though..I know its open Tues,Weds,Thurs and Friday x

Hi Andrea, yes, that little pin dish was lovely and I'm glad you're keeping it. I finally found a big spoon for myself a few weeks ago, it feels like a luxury to use it (instead of stirring with a little vegeetable spoon!

😆 Mostly it tastes like coffee because it has decaf coffee in it too as well as cacao… The one I bought was very nice 😊

A small but quite selective haul this time 👍….and I love it when ‘the universe’ has tuned into your wishes 😃…. and I know it really happens!!…on more than one occasion…I have gone out hoping to find a specific thing… and have spied that very item…funnily enough mainly kitchen utensils!!..like a Pyrex bowl lid,a nutmeg grater and a vintage hand whisk with the green wooden handle and the rotary whisks from 1960s-ish.. which have always wanted!!👌….So understand your delight about the serving spoon !! I would also keep the salad servers… they are really lovely …not bothered about who made them… they are very distinctive…Actually my favourite of your haul was the cottage jam/preserve pot….for 50p…brilliant price and handmade English pottery….But the trinket dish was a close second choice ..really distinctive too….The cafetière was another ‘universe’ gift…( that’s how I got mine too)….Altogether a worthwhile result, Andrea….And Jeff saying ‘Hello’… a bit bemused expression…but cute, anyway….Cheers 👋👋 sue…
