Foodreport 2025 - Presentation and talk with Hanni Rützler

The presentation of the Food Report 2025 was an exciting event for everyone interested in the food industry. In collaboration with the Zukunftsinstitut, we were the first to present the Food Report exclusively in Zurich this year. As part of FOOD ZURICH and under the moderation of Andrin Willi, this event was an unforgettable experience.
The presentation was followed by an interactive talk, moderated by Andrin Willi, with guests Prof. Dr. Christine Brombach, Nutrition Researcher ZHAW and Thomas Märki, Co-Managing Director and Head of Purchasing, Markthalle Luzern. The main topics were consumer behavior and innovative distribution channels for producers using the example of Markthalle Luzern. The talk offered the opportunity to discuss the report's topics in greater depth and to put questions directly to Hanni Rützler.
