I don't know much about the legal stuff. But if you are trying to gain more views you can use "Deku" from MHA as the main character. Why? it's because people usually Watch MHA Texting story more. And Deku is just the name of the character. The Story doesn't have to be related to MHA at all. That's for the main character. If you want people to read the story till the last part you need to make the story creative. The people usually won't watch boring and copied stories. Your channel will grow as you upload.
