Just now realizing Bakugou didn’t like compliments from Midoriya because the river incident put Midoriya as the stronger one in the relationship. Therefore when Midoriya continues to act like the follower and not the protector it messes with Bakugou’s mind because in his experience the stronger one makes the decisions. It made him angry that Midoriya wasn’t holding up his side of the bargain by continuing to act weaker. Bakugou slowly developed an inferiority complex because of this while everyone else around him slowly gave him a superiority complex. All of Bakugou’s actions come from trying to fix they’re relationship or leave it since it makes no sense to him how it is currently but in Bakugou’s childish mind nothing will/would ever be more obvious than Deku helping him up from that river.
Which is why every major flashback of his goes straight back to the river, it was the first and only time he felt completely weaker than another person, the only time he viewed anyone as better than him undoubtedly.

This video was very smooth and well done. I love the way you told them about OFA, instead of just instantly explaining the whole thing. Everyone in that room seem to have realistic intelligence and emotions. Unlike most videos you didn’t show Deku using his power a lot, such as him going 100% against Overhaul. This what made it smooth and everyone is not surprised all of the time. I’ve seen many Gacha Vids and a lot put Deku crying over some light stuff. This is truly a Masterpiece. There shouldn’t be a part 2 because I have a feeling this is enough.

One thing I hate (and probably the only thing I hate) about the MHA universe is that they don’t teach about late bloomers of a quirk it’s always you have one or you don’t it’s dum you should teach the kids that they might have a quirk later.
