- A brilliant and very windy morning spent just outside Wembley Central and Willesden Junction overlooking the West Coast Mainline where we see plenty of services from Virgin Trains, London Midland, Southern, London Overground, London Underground and freight from Freightliner and DB Cargo UK.
This was the first time I had filmed on this bridge, it was alright. The views were a bit hampered by the sheer mess of catenary scattered around everywhere but it is a good spot to come to never the less. I would recommend that you give this location a try its well worth doing.
My next film is my 2500 subscriber special from Glasgow Central.

Can't stop watching this video
I'm glad your enjoying it
This was also a great video! So much coming through and nice to see two lines crossing over each other. It looks like a modernised model railway as you said. 😊
I'm not sure if I would film here though. It's nice enough but the catenary gets in the way a lot of the time
Just so you know it is possible to get onto Wembley Central Without going through the ticket bariers. Here's how: In rush hour, trains are understandably really busy, say that your on your way to Harrow an Wealdstone on a Southern 377 that is starting to get really unpleasant (hot, squashed and kids screaming), you decide to get off at the next station and hey presto your at Wembley Central. It was eerily quiet with no one around and none of the trains seemed to be stopping (great for me!) It was only when i walked up the dingy staircase that i came to the ticket barriers and i was asked what i was doing. So yeah, that was fun. If you can get away with it, i strongly recommend you going there, for the reasons stated above. Me and my friend really enjoyed it. Awesome video man :D
I may very look into that but in all honesty I think I could live without going there, seems like a bit of a mission to get through all of that though, but I'm glad you enjoyed watching this :)
Awesome video mate! With 350120 you accidently said 390120. Common mistake I do it with the GWR Class 43s
Thanks for pointing that out to me :)
busy spot a dream spot for trainspotters i think. Thanks for sharing enjoyed it!
It was a great spot to go to :) I will come back here
Great video! Loved 66009 starting up! The 66s do sound amazing :)
Thanks very much :) I loved filming here, will definitely be coming back, the 66 is a magnificent locomotive
Asx zjsmsk.
Great video again keep going!!!!
Thanks very much :)
great video mate
Thanks very much :D
I went under this bridge yesterday on a class 390 from London Euston to Birmingham New street
I pass underneath it quite regularly
What an awesome spot, outer London suburbs definitely offer the best filming locations since there's a little bit of everything. In this video alone there's LU, LO 378's, 221's, 350's, 377's, 390's and 66's!
I was so chuffed that I found this spot to film on, it was pot luck really but I think next time I am going to go to the actual station and the bridge there to film at
Looks a Very interesting place to visit might do it one day
Its a bit of pain to get there but it is well worth it
Great video but if you go too willesden junction make sure you get on the bridge as the views down the line are amazing and you catch everything there and there's always plenty of freight there.
Thanks very much, I have to admit that this wasn't my original idea. I was hoping to film at Wembley Central but because that didn't happen I had to improvise quickly. Next time round I will go to the actual station and bridge
please could you do a video at Wigan on the WCML for my two little boys.
I will do next year
great video . have u be to is morpeth railway station it on ECML
Thanks very much, no I haven't been there as of yet
Did you not do a video of Glasgow central mate ?
The film is up mate
390004 and 032 are 390\1s you misread them which is not a bad thing considering your up on that bridge and they're flying by at speed
I'm amazed I only made that many errors
hey tornado can I ask something can 377s run off and on the pantograph wires please answer back ps original cams vlogs
Yes they can
+Tornado922 cool going on east coast now rnt u
Believe the 390 at 17:40 was 390 117 as my m8 drives a 390 and he said there was a guy on top of the bridge at Wembley Central
If it was then thanks very much for letting me know, could you also pass on my greetings to him for me please, much appreciated
6:40 I don't think it'd be 390 004, 390 005 or 006 maybe? 104 carries the Alstom livery on the side. Besides it was only 9 coaches long. Everything else was absolutely on point, good job.
I may have made several mistakes throughout this lol, I was surprised to get as many right as I did
Tornado922 Yeah from a spot like that I can imagine it'd be incredibly difficult. Good job on getting most of them!
Can u film at Slough again please
Will do
can you do longbridge
At some stage I will
You said it was 390 120 instead of 350 120
I've done that a few times now, thanks for letting me know
14:50 did he say 390 when is a 350
I may very well have done
Your not at Willesden Junction at the beginning of this video.
I know, the reason why I title it as both Willesden Junction and Wembley Central is because I'm overlooking both areas of the line from this bridge
Mate, that is Wembley Central, not Willesden Junction. You got it wrong!
I titled it as such on the basis that your over looking both areas of the line :)
Well then you should have just called it Trains at Wembley Central
Harry Grieves once again I refer to my previous answer that from where I was standing your overlooking Wembley and willesden junction so it makes sense to name the film as such
Oh OK mate. Have it your own way.
