Also, the following of any God that somehow "tells" you to commit violence or neglect is a choice, and most nuns don't murder lots of babies.

+...and you will know us by the Trail of Dead Too right she let kids die because she didn't believe in operations, asked dying people if they wanted a ticket to heaven if they said yes instead of telling them they where being baptised they where lied to and told they where just having a cold compress put on their head. She once said the suffering of the poor is something beautiful to behold and the world is improved by this suffering.

+Oba Jaysus Go ahead and do a google search. It is a sad story - but not a creepy one. Even the once who discovered it dont make any accuses or see it as scary.
These childs were cared of in a really bad time and some did not make it caused by diseases and stuff like that.
As there was no family to pay for the burial, the sisters took care for it and the place of the former (!) water tank seems to be easy to use.
On every cemetry there is a corner of unknown, unnamed or "unborn" deads, so this is nothing else.
The sad things are the deaths of these children, the circumstances these poor were burried and that their grave was not cared for.
But go ahead and visit some coroners or burial institutes - they can tell you of plenty of actual cases of ppl who cant get a good burial or grave at all or even relatives who give a shit.

+Oba Jaysus I know right? There was a top ten video (not sure if it was in this group) about murderers. We had a guy who was way up in the military here in Canada and he killed a girl around here and got caught. It was found out that he had killed another girl and was breaking into peoples homes and taking underwear. His cottage was literally two minutes away from two very good friends of mine. It was probable that he has killed others as he was a colonel in the air force and travelled all over the world. You just dont think of these things as being known around the world. My family comes from Ireland and I would love to see these babies have some recognition and a proper burial place. Poor little souls dont deserve that.

I've been fascinated with the discovery of the King's head since it happened, and I'm mostly curious about what happened to it all the years in between what we know about it.
And how bizarre it is that a King's head was bought at auction and forgotten. How did such a thing remain low key enough that no one knew where it was? I mean...it's a big enough deal, right?

In the early 1900's wealthy Americans could purchase authentic Egyptian mummies that had been unearthed and smuggled to the US. The wealthy would then throw "unwrapping parties" where they would remove the mummies' wrappings to see what was inside. And once the party was over, the mummies were often used as fireplace kindling.
The sarcophagus probably came from one of the unwrapping parties, and the body that used to be inside was probably burned in the fireplace.

egyptian mummy....leather shrinks. if this guy was implicated in an assassination attempt even through guilt by association, its possible he was tortured repeatedly until death with the sheep's leather bandages as part of that torture. that they left the organs intact isn't an immediate clue because commoners couldnt afford it for most of its history (the era of this mummy is an important clue that isnt included in the video)....but def if it is during a time when commoners could afford it, then its another bit of data that could strengthen the torture argument since how horrible would it be for someone to know they were being profaned (sheeps skin = unclean) in great pain and gona die forever and not even make it to the afterlife......

More like gahl-way, like when saying the beginning of 'gone'. Its a gah kind of sound. Though in certain areas in Ireland it can be pronounced ghoul-way but thats only because of the accent.

Roman men literally had the power of life and death over wives and children. When a baby was born, it was laid at the feet of the father (Cleopatra knew enough about Roman law to drop her son by Caesar (Caesarion) at Caesar's feet; the baby was picked up by Caesar and the rest is history). If dear old Dad picked up the child, then the infant was claimed to be legitimate and his own. Babies that were deformed, sickly, of unsure parentage--providing the husband hadn't killed the wife for infidelity), or unwanted due to gender (female) or too many children, were exposed to the elements (put outside to die of dehydration or predatory wild animals), or sold into slavery, or just dumped into the trash--the open sewer system in this case.

Dang King Henry was REALLY hated by his people. Firsr rhe guy dies from assassination, gets buried with his body intact, then years later some jerks dig up his body and beheads him and his head stolen? Why? No matter how bad a king he was in life, what was the point of doing that to a body that was already LONG dead when its head was chopped off of what had to be a now mummified body depending on how many years he was dead when the beheading happened?

“Now, in case you're wondering why I have a certain interest, or fascination let's call it, with torture and beheadings and all of those things I have mentioned, is because each of these items reminds me in life over and over again what beasts we human beings really are. When you get right down to it, human beings are nothing more than ordinary jungle beasts. Savages. No different from the Cro Magnon people who lived twenty five thousand years ago. No different. Our DNA hasn't changed substantially in a hundred thousand years. We're still operating out of the lower brain. The reptilian brain. Fight or flight. Kill or be killed. We like to think we've evolved and advanced because we can build a computer, fly an airplane, travel underwater, we can write a sonnet, paint a painting, compose an opera. But you know something? We're barely out of the jungle on this planet. Barely out of the f***ing jungle. What we are, is semi-civilized beasts, with baseball caps and automatic weapons.” -George Carlin
