From the sounds of it I think she was only going to be a reporter in like one or two scenes, so I don't think she had a massive role in the film. But it is annoying that she was cut out, it would've been a nice surprise to see her pop up

I feel such a connection with this movie and their characters, I can tell they all knew the amount of pressure and responsibility they would carry on their shoulders. If Jessica Henwick comes back to the MCU, she should reprise her role as Colleen Wing. Set aside that Iron Fist sucked IMO, the fact that the show ended in a cliffhanger with her character having the powers -- Marvel can work with that. And hopefully a Daughters Of The Dragon series can blossom, if Simone Missick agrees to return as Misty Knight.
Jessica Henwick made the right decision to be a part of Matrix films. And Bugs can easily spin off to an awesome television series. See you on John Wick.

I liked her character, but she was wrong on the meta stuff and the light/brightness The Matrix is an underground edgy rebellious film. The new one felt too fluffy flamboyant and felt like a pseudo-Matrix film. The cast and crew seem like lovely people so i dont want to be too harsh because it wasn't a bad movie, but it wasn't what i had hoped for.
I just watched on cinema and I have to agree with you I really liked bugs characters and some of the stuff they showed like the whole activation of people instead of agents but I just felt like it was a flat movie just like your normal casual action movie like for me don’t even compares to Matrix Revolution

I'm a HUGE HUGE fan of the Matrix trilogy, but Matrix Resurrections was so incredibly bad I nearly got up and left. When it finished I could see the audience were just dismayed, they couldn't believe how unsatisfying the film was. It was absolutely APPALLING in how bad it was. A total mess, no direction. I don't blame the cast at all, they all did what they had to do. I blame Lana for such car crash of a script. REALLY REALLY terrible.
