OK, so it's one year later but I answer anyway: most probably it's the manufacturing process engineer - so you make sure, that the production process is running. - You make the process flowchart, - control plan (together with Quality), - PFMEA (process FMEA) - you make work instructions, - you make sure, that the machinery is keeping the tolerances of production, - you make sure the PPAP samples are produced and transferred to Quaity guy - you make sure the tools and machines are ordered and approved according to checklist - you cooperate with quality dept, maintenance dept, production managers, operators
