I am so crazy happy to find you, Sir! A million reasons. I can't thank you enough. I was born in '54. Starting 1980 to me Computers were good for just one thing. Writing FUN STUFF. No Internet, no sharing unless I picked up lots of BEER
I really appreciate your Small Basic course. By the way, your British English is awesome, too. I am German and understand everything because of your good pronunciation and emphases. Thx!
You can't add images to the text window, but you can in the graphics window. Use a variable like this: image = "C:\users\desktop\images\example.jpg" GraphicsWindow.DrawImage(image, 0, 0) Just change the image name and locaton.
Write small basic program that take two inputs from the user the system should display the biggest value the user entered. thats my homework pls help me to do it
I'm not going to write your homework for you, but here's a clue: If a>b then print(a) That's not Small Basic code, but might be enough to get you thinking along the right lines. Let me know if you need more help!
Do you know how to 'read' an input from the user, and store that number in a variable? If so, do that twice for two different numbers/variables. You'd then need an 'if' statement to ask whether one variable 'is greater' than the other (using the symbol '>') If it is bigger, then you know that variable is largest. Otherwise, it's the other variable. Does this help you?
Hello, I followed your instructions got up to the 3rd line Text.clear() Pressed run and nothing happened. On the bottom of page I got "Sorry, I was unable to run your program" and heres my options to choose from. 1.6: I was unable to find property name 'backgroundcolor' in Text. 2.6: I was unable to find property name 'foregrowncolor' in Text. 3.6: I was unable to find 'clear' in Text. 4.6: I was not able to run 'Textwindow.Writeline' because I need 1 arguments, but here I got 0 arguments instead. I clicked on 4 and nothing happened, So now what? tks for your time.
