When will it be available? Didn't see it on the website. Maybe later today or tomorrow?
Availability and pricing of these products are 2 huge downsides, and they are not powerful enough so everyone is doing the boring usual stuff.
The supply issues with these types of boards, like the Nano, is a bad vibe. I wanted to get the old Nano and thought, great $100 and I can start learning. It turned out they could not be bought or cost a lot more.
Can't wait for them to cost 5-10x MSRP.
The Jetson Nano is a great single-board computer. But the operating system you give the Jetson Nano to run on doesn't really take advantage of its strengths. You need to modify the Linux kernel. You need to allow C++_CUDA code from the Linux kernel module to run. Then it turns from a kid's toy into a real developer's kit.
As always Nvidia's Linux support is pitiful with a distro overloaded with programs and no possibility to change it. Let's see it's a development kit with a disproportionate price when you sell more powerful graphics at lower prices, without full Wayland support in 2023, without opencl support, without bluethooth, without charger included etc...
whats this another dev kit that you can't buy ANYWHERE?
Don't worry, it will be available at 1000$+ instead of 200-300$ MSRP.
Available on @OpenZeka
@@theabyss5647 it's just 599$
I am in the US and saw it. Its a preorder for $499. That's a bit high, but what isn't anymore.
Can I use only "JETSON-IO-BASE-A board" without use another 4GB/8GB module?
Please ,don't buy jetson Orin board , there are many installation and csi problem.if you buy jetson Orin then you will waste your 500 dollor , note csi pin is 22 pin so there are not any good camera in the market.
Flashed a new SD card with Balena Etcher, it won't boot. Ideas?
Really cool
muy bueno
Orin nano developer kit
How many weeks until you drop support for this one?
this is what is needed. Without it, everything else is impossible
Can I ran Nvidia's Isaac Sim, IsaacGym, and Orbit directly on this processing unit ?
The SD card flashing method doesn't work. You have to flash the jetpack image using nvidia SDK manager to update the qspi Boot although it is a one time process, but nvidia SDK manager works only in Ubuntu machine or if you have wsl. This is a bit inconvenient in my opinion.
If you flash the SD card with one of the older jetpacks 5.1.1 etc then it will work without SDK flash...
How to mine bitcoin on this? Is that possivle? Terra Hash rate?
Can I connect PCI LTE / 5G module?
How mush is it ?
Necesito uno de estos.
imu mouse with optical lift distance sensor not found in your video :)
well it can be also a 1-hand reflection distance air mouse, led source + detector grid screen, both touch and lift mouse
yes its public domain free idea, fire at will, whoever
having signal beacons with imu is the best localization, and the beacons can be dropped easily by people, and the beacons can localize each other with microwave wifi radar mesh relative locations
its better to have reliable anchor points than try to use only one method like image recognition, thats why kinect failed for tracking motion
Excellent presentation.
booting is not that easy
All jetson series are slow af. Dont buy them. I have tried them
all this mini pc has a ucb c charche point but this has a power supply omg, so bad, its not mobile!
