Welcome back again to all lovers of the Big Apple and its infinite secrets yet to be discovered. I can't stop thinking about how to improve the taste of this fantastic dessert if possible. That's the reason why today I bring you this other version. That is why I decided to prepare this delicious dessert, sweet, whatever way you want to call it. My personal opinion is that if the proper proportions are not kept in its preparation, it can be somewhat cloying, not sugary but cloying, although you can always alleviate it with a good berry jam.or a well-whipped cream, frozen of course.
Places to taste this cake? Many, are many and all of them offering a "Super" quality. I personally stick with the Classics... The ready to takeaway from Eileen's to a block from the old St Patrick's Cathedral, not to be confused with St. Patrick's Cathedral of the Fifth Avenue. This is Cleveland Place. Then, the always successful bet of Junior's in the heart of Brooklyn although my latest news is that it is also opening in Manhattan and setting up Ovens in New Jersey also. Great, Great Cheesecake yours. Finally I would recommend Peter Luger´s, of course it is not a pastry shop but a restaurant. I suppose that if you do not have a problem to pay more than 100 dollars for a steak or a Sirloin, you will not have much problem ordering a dessert such as a Cheesecake although it will not be cheap either. Although you have to know that the cakes are not made by them, but are served or supplied by famous bakeries such as S & S Cheesecake Bakery and some other that I don't remember in this precise moment.

Bienvenidos de nuevo a todos los amantes de la Gran Manzana y sus infinitos secretos aún por descubrir. No puedo para de pensar la forma en la que mejorar si ello es posible el sabor de este fantástico postre. Es la razón por la que hoy os traigo esta otra versión. Es por ello que me decidí a preparar este delicioso postre, dulce, ó cualesquiera forma que quieras llamarlo. Mi opinión personal es que si no se guardan las adecuadas proporciones en su elaboración, puede resultar algo empalagoso, no dulzón pero empalagoso, aunque siempre puedes paliarlo con una buena mermelada de frutos del bosque o una nata bien montada, helada eso sí. ¿Sitios dónde degustar esta tarta? Muchos, son muchos y todos ofreciendo una calidad "Super". Yo personalmente me quedo con los Clásicos... El listo para llevar de Eileen´s a una manzana de la vieja Catedral de St Patrick, no confundir con la Catedral de St. Patrick de la Quinta Avenidad. Esta está Cleveland Place. Luego, la siempre acertada apuesta de Junior's en el corazón de Brooklyn aunque mis últimas noticias es que está abriendo también en Manhattan y montando Hornos en New Jersey a la vez. Gran Cheesecake el suyo también. Por último recomendaría a Peter Luger, claro que no se trata de una pastelería sino de un restaurante. Pero supongo que si no tienes a mal pagar más de 100 dolares por un Bistec ó un Sirloin, tampoco tendrás mucho problema por ordenar un postre como es un Cheesecake aunque tampoco te saldrá barato eso también te lo digo. Si bien tienes que saber que las tartas no las elaboran ellos, sino que las sirven afamados obradores como S&S y alg'in otro.
