any luck ? I can't hear the headset when unplugged like wireless when I plug it into headset i can and can detect it, when I unplug to use wireless sound comes out of computer and can't detect oncomputer

Hello Mr. Do - The Jabra Engage 75 is mono or stereo, depending on which model you have purchased. If you have the stereo version, you will hear audio out of both earcups. The mono version only has one earcup, so you will only hear out of that one earcup. Hello, we use sevaral Engage 75 together with the Innovaphone. All adjustments are the same. When we get an call in, some of us can accept the call in by using the button at the headset, or at the Jabra station or at the Innovaphone, some can only accept it by using the button at the Innovaphone. But by pairing it with a smartphone all of us can use the button at the headset. Why? And how can we change it?

Hello, can I use a device without a connected desk phone or a softphone? I mean - plug the device into an electrical outlet, and only pair with smartphone in Jabra settings. Will Jabra Engage work with the hedset without having to touch the smartphone? Or is it always necessary to have a deskphone or softphone? Only smartphones are used in the business where I work. Thank you.

This is NOT a good headset at all....I have a Jabra Evolve 65 & 65E. 65 being the highest Tier and in my opinion bes performing..This Headset is 100% dependant on that docking station. Don;t think you're gonna go take out the trash listening to Pandora or a Teams Meeting. The range is so short and you have to go thru so many steps to pair devices, remove etc.. that it's not worth the trouble. Donate it or give it as a XMAS gift for the Employee XMAS exchange

This thing is rubbish. 😢 pain in the arse to pair to your mobile phone. In addition cannot pait to your laptop without having the rubbish cradle plugged into your laptop. Best to avoid this rubbish
