Lexie made a couple of good cuts that got her great passes. Her team mates will remember those. !

Lexie has long arms (and legs) that allow her to play taller than she is. She is very good at shooting soft shots when playing fast.

Lexie was mostly an iso shooter with the Fever because that's what Clark wanted and it worked well. Without Clark, Lexie has proven she can make her own shots, like when she was at Stanford. Lexie is a role player, but she can play many different roles. Lexie will perform whatever role is needed and that's where her value is. She isn't one dimensional like a lot of basketball players are.

She doesn't let her ego dictate her behavior. I am so happy she is still on the fever team.

Iso shooter? Do you have any idea what your talking about? 😂. She’s a 3 and D player. Catch and shoot on offense. Absolutely none of her game says iso shooter

I wouldn't be surprised if the Fever fully utilize her skills next season

The lesson is there are genuine basketball players and then there are entertainment industry created marketing trinkets that feed off the integrity of sports.

Lexie has a great shot, Just hope she gets more confidence in her shot so she get get the shot off sooner. Other than that I would love to see her get a lot more aggressive when playing defense. Like Plum stick to your opponent like glue. I keep saying it but I truly hope the Fever has someone on their coaching that is working on taking the Fever's defense to an extreme level. If they can do that while also keeping their solid offense. They have a great shot at having a stellar year.

Good cutting will,be highly valued, only when the referee’s start calling all the bad fouls and allowing the ladies with talent to shine.

At times, Lexie ends up guarding wings that are too big for her. It was a problem against the Sun in the playoffs; who was she to guard: Thomas? Breezy? Bonner, and the Suns pounded them on the boards. If Satou goes to the Liberty, is Lexie supposed to guard her? She certainly wouldn't guard Jonquel or Stewie.
Hopefully Lexie gets to backup a bigger wing player (btw, I think that Satou would be a good 3) and play some backup guard as well. Her cutting, three-point shooting and running the court would be a spark.

She cut well and was rewarded last night. She had to guard Sloot, Stewie and Edwards. She wasn't perfect, but damn that trio on defense requires an extremely diverse skill set.

Lexie needs to learn to create her own shot, and it looks like she may doing it. However, let's not overrate Lexie. She averaged 20 minutes a game last season and produced: 5.5 ppg, 2.5 rbg, 1.1 Ast. That is poor, real poor. Glue players are great, but we need more production. We are probably down 8-9 ppg, 3-4 rbg and 3-4 ast per game against the other team's wing. I do like and root for Lexie - who wouldn't.
