TET France - Section 14 - July 2023 - Guise to Armaucourt - Husqvarna 701 Enduro

It started off really well - the weather was beautiful, the sun was shining and everything in the world seemed right.......then I hit the mud of the Ardenne Forest. It was a pain, stop/start/stop/start - i think i only managed about 60k for the entire day! Anyway, in the wet, probably stay out of the woods if you're on a big bike (especially if you're riding solo) - but if there's a few of you you'll probably be ok, tired, but ok! There's a ton of mud in there and a couple of cheeky climbs too - but then again I managed it, and i'm decidedly average as a rider! After the Ardenne the whole character of Section 14 changes - it becomes much more approachable and returns to long easy sections interspersed with sections of forestry just to keep you on your toes! #tetfrancesection14

I think this section is about 300 kilometres long, after the Ardenne it's back to farm tracks so not really that much to see!

@@frankiemaserati701 I know I am the one who created this track. Nice fields paths after the Ardennes. And you miss the hard climb near Metz, it will be in the next update.

I missed the last part - one of my memory cards died and I had to detour to a big Carrefour to get a new one! Great trail though!

Very nice Frankie ! We will hit the 14next week(with studs and smaller bikes) , how long will it appear. take ?, how many km is it ?

It took a couple of days to do this part - I'm not sure of the distance though. Have fun in the forest - it's going to be very muddy!
