    Im an amatuer kickboxer. I don't feel nervous or anxious whenever I fight or spar, but my problem is that sometimes Im just not proactive enough. I feel like I am more reactive than being proactive. How can I be more proactive?

      Sorry for taking a while to reply! When you say you're not proactive enough, do you mean that you're not being as aggressive as you'd like early on in the fight?
