@@jarrelhenderson Well I will try to just keep it brief so the landlord is responsible for the A/C Installation when discussing how soon I needed that to happen it seemed like no problem. Now what I initially liked about the space was the high ceilings so I said I wanted to go with an open concept look and space well all of sudden tables turn and because the space is over 4600 sq ft the landlord tried to push it on me to install a drop ceiling in that huge space and that was never a part of the agreement or lease. So I have lost 30 days with no A/C going back and forth with him telling him I'm not changing my vision for the space for something he clearly should have done if he wanted it to look a certain way. He knows the A/C job is going to be very expensive and I believe he does not want to do it and he had the nerve to say well it is a lot of money the way you want it and what if you leave in 6 months!! I was so upset because I promise this man sounds like a whole different person after taking my 1st month plus a deposit. Worst part is I have inquiry about the space already for at least 4 events!!!
