Crime: falsifying business documents to cover up a campaign violation. Those are the two crimes a grand jury found enough evidence to indict a former President. Falsifying a business document in and of itself is a criminal misdemeanor, but doing it in order to cover up a campaign violation, elevates the falsification of documents case from a criminal misdemeanor to a criminal felony. Documentary evidence and witness testimony prove well beyond any reasonable doubt Trump is guilty of 34 felony counts. If jury does not render a guilty verdict, it will be due to jury intimidation, which was sole purpose Trump want the second defense witness to testify!

600 points on an index that's at nearly 40,000 is hardly anything. As the Dow has gotten higher, it has actually become less volatile on a daily basis, not more. Pay atttention to the percentage, not the points. It's not really a significant move if it's less than 2%. On a percentage basis the S&P 500 was down half of what the Dow was, and the Nasdaq was a quarter of the Dow. It was actually a relative snoozer.
And remember, the Dow is only 30 companies...
