Cool idea! But where does the energy come from to rotate the discs? Wouldn't that make it an inefficient design? Anyways, I like this approach just for its genius new approach!
I imagine that inside the triangular prism there would be a toothed ring under which three gears rotate. The toothed ring should be oriented by a vane so that the "blades" are oriented with the semicircular area in the direction that the wind is moving, while in the opposite direction it coincides with the walls of the prism. It would be easier for the discs to turn counterclockwise (the other way around as shown in the video). It is an elegant but very inefficient wind turbine.
