Yooo, I appreciate the shoutout, but you are actually doing the opposite of what I say in the "How To Actually Metal Scream" video xD
Screaming SHOULD have pitch under the distortion. You should be singing under the scream, and you should not be squeezing too much! Any type of "upper constriction" is going to end up creating a "fake fry scream." An actual fry scream involves vocal fry + breath + a TINY BIT of compression. The "like you have to poo" part is a great example of how to GET STARTED on the compression, but you should NOT be projecting THAT sound. That is incredibly dangerous. Your screams should be relaxed, have very little squeezing involved, feel effortless, have a pitch, and project around 104-108 decibels :)
