Please let us know in the comments any questions you have about our Disney Cruise we didn't cover! Also, be sure to check out our full video of our time on the Disney Dream and our Port stop videos!
If you are ever on another Disney cruise you can get Mickey bars and other food from room service, it’s the breakfast that is limited other than that anything from pizza, burgers, hot dogs, chicken fingers, etc
Yes, there's a lot more options for lunch/dinner but we didn't see the need for it since food is so readily available during the day. Our kids loved the Mickey bars! Our servers always gave us extra at dinner 😂
We sail on our first Disney cruise next month on the dream. I feel like we may have been spoiled on the last one with NCL prima, but have an open mind for this upcoming sailing.
This was our first cruise of any type, so we don't have anything to compare to, but overall, we loved it. We're going on a 31-day cruise with Princess from San Francisco to Sydney Australia in September, so we'll see how that goes. We hope you enjoy the Disney Dream cruise! 😊
Awesome reviews guys ! Thank you so much ! A new subscriber here :) Im not a good swimmer and so Im so scared of cruises.... you know the thought of being in the middle of the ocean ! 😅 My friends want to go with our family and here I am just trying to convince myself than I can do this 😝
Welcome and thank for the support!! We are not the best swimmers either, but we felt very safe the whole cruise. Maybe start with a shorter cruise 3-4 days first and see how that goes!
After one Disney Cruise I'm ready to go back on another so I think you're correct about it being addictive! I met a gentleman who was on his 31st Disney Cruise...WOW!
The one-way repositioning cruise is why it was such a good deal. It worked out well for us since we wanted to go to Europe anyway. It was a lot of days at sea but we loved it! Also great that it was only 2/3 capacity, so it's not as busy! It was also nice to save money on plane tickets and put it towards the cruise! 😀 Have a wonderful new year, we will be in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia for the New Years Celebration this year!
Planning to do a repositioning cruise with Disney Cruise Line. Thanks for your detailed review. How was the weather during sea days? Would also appreciate info on laundry services and wi-fi capability.
So glad you found it helpful! We had the May crossing (last year) and the weather was great in the beginning had some pool days, then it got a bit colder/windier as we crossed the Atlantic and hot closer to Europe but nothing a light jacket couldn't fix. For laundry, there is washers and dryers on each floor. I suggest bringing the laundry detergent sheets. It got really busy right before the first port day and the day before leaving, so I would recommend starting early in the morning or running some during dinner or just avoiding those 2 days 😅. Wifi we only got the one day and it wasn't great after that we decided to just go without and wait for port days.
What a wonderful first cruise! I'm glad you had good seas for a transatlantic and didn't have motion sickness issues. Warning: cruising can be addictive :)
Yes we were nervous about the sea sickness, but thankfully we were all good! We would love to take another cruise if the right deal and itinerary comes along 😀
We agree! Have you been on a Disney Cruise? This was our first cruise but we have our second cruise with Princess in September from San Francisco to Sydney Australia- 31 days. We will have split beds on the right/ left side of the cabin. Hopefully we like it since it's such a long cruise! 😬
Great question! There is a couple of reasons for that. The transatlantic cruises are done during the school year (early May/September) so a lot of people with school aged kids have a harder time taking off 2 weeks during that time which means demand is lower. Christmas time is always an expensive time to travel, everyone is on winter break and demand drives up the prices. The transatlantic cruises are also one way, so the flights to return back to the States can be a lot more expensive. It worked out well for us as we didn't have intention on returning back to the States soon.
Listening to this and helping my kids with their homework.... they are so focused.
Hi hope you enjoyed the video and found it helpful! 😊

Careful... Disney cruises are ADDICTIVE!
We wouldn't mind doing another one on a different ship if the right deal comes around 😊
After one Disney Cruise I'm ready to go back on another so I think you're correct about it being addictive! I met a gentleman who was on his 31st Disney Cruise...WOW!
I definitely would like to just live on the cruise ship!
$6300 for 13 nights!? Amazing deal!! I just paid $6k for 4 nights on the Wish in 2024 (family of 3)

Disney Cruise = HAPPINESS!😁
Makes us smile every time we look back on the videos and pictures! Great experience!!❤❤
In the uk it is a legal requirement for no plug sockets in bathrooms and switches are outside the bathroom
That's interesting, thanks for sharing!! The light switches drove us kind of crazy with the kids 😂
Thank you
You are welcome! Glad you enjoyed the video ❤️

Who’s the princess with the Mickey ears and short dress? That guy in the gym is getting a bit thick! Lol. Great video guys!!
Glad you enjoyed the video! We do need to hit the gym a bit more with all the Amazing food we've been enjoying on our world travels!🤣😂
Tis' I, the thick fluffy guy from the gym, and I'm very lucky to have the princess with Mickey ears as my wife. A true Beauty and the Beast story!😂
I like this platform bed. Bed skirts are dust catchers, unnecessary textile, and out dated.

How is the 13 nt so cheap? Our upcoming 7 night Merrytime is more than that.

Always wanted to go "cruisin" 🛳️
It's a fun way to travel!
