This is the only way I can keep from stressing or even sleep. I am starting to watch ASMR more and more. I put it on headphones as I lay down and I fall asleep to it. When I am not sleeping I am starting to listen to it to keep my mind off of very negative things.
Em, no other ASMR creator comes close to putting me to sleep as efficiently as you do. I have ADHD, so it’s very difficult for me to get to sleep, even with ASMR. Before I discovered your channel, on a good night, it would take me an hour to fall asleep. With your videos however, I am consistently falling asleep in half an hour, a concept that previously seemed impossible to me. But you have done the impossible! Thank you for everything that you do!
