I have seen several of Mr. Tewes videos here on youtube, and I have a new mandolin hero. This video and several others have convinced me he is truly an inspiring genius with that tiny little instrument. Play on!

Is it possible to comment without saying something offensive? I think it is? Writing offensive comments only depicts the person who writes it. Excellent interpretation.
I loved it.
Thanks!!!

try listening this played on forte piano jack
Help! I got the sheet music from your website and have already started learning! I need help though! At 6 and 13 seconds you have a couple of quick grace notes added in. How are you playing those? It sounds like a hammer but I can't quite tell.
I will forward this message to Detlef Tewes
jesus christ that was good.
Why does the Mandolin like it has only 4 strings?
do they have a version of MOTO PERPETUO?
just asking... or maybe SCHERZO TARANTELLE
can i ask something?
what are the open string notes of the mandolin?
thank you...
we have tabs, send an e-mail to edition 49 music publishimg
GDAE top to bottom .....four groups of two strings....each group of two is meant to be played together
Oops! Missed the E there! And at 3:11 mmmaybe a little bit overdone in the arragment... Perhaps? But over all very, very nice wich is indeed very unusual, since Mozart seldom sounds good when you try to arrange his music. And good performance as well!
NidusFormicarum Thanks for the nice comment!
mmmmh... per essere un arrangiamento mi sembra molto ortodosso. Questo lavoro lo definirei come una trascrizione. Purtroppo a me non piace. E' un gran lavoro sia di trascrizione che di esecuzione, ma non mi da soddisfazione a sentirlo. Pecccato.
E chi ne frega di che cosa senti tu
Bello, continua a fregartene...
