I open a Marble Slab frenciase in 2007 and sold it in 2007, eventually the new buyer went out of business, this business is very hard, to much work and very little return, too seasonal and small amount of sales time in a day, be very careful on the Ice Cream business, ice cream is the last thing people think about in the food chain. Unless you are located on the perfect location, 90 per cent of locations sucks
