HE is op. If the enemy team has an extra turn, they can't use it or he instantly wins. This is super op against bots since they can't think, but it is left to see how good he is in RTA. Personally i went a bit tankier (1130 def and 11000 hp), but i will try to get more. He does not need super high speed, only like 210-220 if you want to cut (not against politis). His damage scales so high that you don't have to worry about having to build him full dmg. It is okay to go something like 3400 atk and 300 crit dmg ( i personally went 349 crit dmg and 3540 atk). He does insane damage and can basically 1 shot everything with s3->2, even if the debuff doesn't land.
You only need 192 speed to cut after a 320 opener so you can add more bulk. People saying what about Amid opener? Well you dont want to take this guy into an Amid opener anyways, her Skull nullifier shits on all your damage unless you have another support to cut before him to get rid of it.
SPEAR OF PURIFICATION seems good on him, Increases Attack by 10.0%. After an enemy uses a non attack skill, increases the Combat Readiness of the caster by 10%. Can only be activated once per turn. (the attack % goes up to 20% at max level)
@@Luke-jx6er yea man his own artifact is amazing, but it is kinda a gamba arti if you don't have +30. it is still a really high chance at +15 (75%) correct me if I am wrong. Spear of Purification is flat stats no gamba. and most of the time you are picking him into units with "a non attack skill", so we you can of build him a little slower not to much but with an extra 10% cr on top of the base cr push is really good. TLDR at the end of the day if you wanna gamba his arti is much better and spear is guaranteed to do its job well.
got him today and my tensura team is now complete. build him with speed and crit chance set and boy, he do a hell lot of damge with his S2 passive. very op as an extra turn punisher in arena and RTA
I pulled milim during the first collab, i didnt regret it. First shes waifu, 2nd with lifesteal shes perfect for expedition, 3rd great for guild wars for extinction units that cant be resurrected. Shes a better top model Luluca.
The fundamental problem with most anti cleave units that they release as that they require a win condition or prompt to be effective at their job. Karina is nothing if the enemy target downs her first, same can be said for Arrowell and Destina. Edward can be overwhelmed and his s2 usless. Belian and Kayron are luck based. If their counters don't proc. You're dead in the water. Rimiru needs buffs otherwise he is completely useless. The Poliitus and Celiene passive is easily circumvented and the same can now be said for Bene and ML Kayron. None of these gameplay flaws factor in bans. Meanwhile, cleave/aggro still gets to just do what they do with little limitations regardless of the opponents draft BECAUSE there are a disproportionate amount of cleave/aggro characters to tank down and anticleave units. Also cleave units are being released with soul burns that ignore effect resistance and give additional turns, and by design those units move first. Anti cleave in an of itself is a flawed strategy, due to smile gates battle mechanics and them continuing to produce over loaded cleave units.

Rimuru is much easier to build for a newbie like you. Milim and Beni is quite gear hungry so you need to have a close to god tier rolls on your gear to use them to their potential

His own artifact is even better, free immunity set plus attack buff which is way more than 10%, his kit already CR pushes himself
