Issues with Her Performance 1.Inconsistent Damage The main problem with her is that she's so inconsistent. Her damage to light units without a soulburn is not enough to kill them, so her Extinct effect doesn’t matter anyway. 2.Poor Damage to Non-Light Units Her damage to non-light units is terrible. I get it; she's supposed to be good only against light units, but her S2 being a random proc doesn’t help. Since her damage to non-light units is pretty non-existent, if you pick her into two light tanks (which is where most people are going to use her), her S2 is still 50/50 to deal decent damage (not enough to kill) to light units and laughable damage to non-light units. This makes her very unreliable in that circumstance. 3.Soulburn Dependency If you're not soulburning, you're not killing any knight with 25k+ HP, especially if they have a defense buff or something. And God forbid if you play her into a 3F Belian with defense up-she’s not doing nothing. 4.Countered by Units She Should Beat She gets killed very easily by ML Senya and Elynav, the characters she's supposed to counter. 5.High Gear Requirements Her gear requirements are very high. If you build her for damage, she’s not fast enough. If you build her for speed, she’s not doing enough damage to kill anything. 6.Focus Vulnerability She gets focused down very quickly, even when you have 4k+ attack with 15k HP. She doesn’t proc her S2 on herself, which means faster characters like Zio and other fast units can just focus her down easily before she even gets a turn.
You are absolutely correct, she needs a really high gear requirement. I think she would be better if she always crit, massively lowers the requirements.
Possible ways to fix her: 1. Def pen on s3 so her damage is consistent. When it’s a light unit ignore anything that will not allow you to def pen. (Ilynav) so she can actually kill. Or 2. Give her additional fixed damage on her s3 when she’s hitting a light unit. To lower her gear requirements. Like if her s3 goes into a light unit it automatically does 5000 fixed damage on top instead of increased damage right now, which can be nullified by high def units. She won’t be broken coz she has to be slow anyway, and before she takes a turn she’s susceptible to dying.
Her first SB should he free, and her s2 should proc on herself as well, as well as give herself a CR push. That should at least guarantee 1 kill, with a chance of a 2nd kill if s2 lands someone not named Blood Blade Karin (seriously, she goes for BBK like 80% of the time what is even happening). Free first SB also eliminates her reliance on pairing with a soul generator and effectiveness against Belian (you can't even use Frida as guess what, the free soulburn is a buff and thus cannot be given to her) There's also so many things that can prevent her from doing her one job, so she should honestly get at least one of these buffs: -Double s3 CD but make it -1 CD every turn like Laia so she can't be effectively disabled by Nahkwol, Lua, and RRoana. -S3 should strip light units ignoring res so it isn't so hilariously ineffective against def buff and barrier, and will also allow her to go through invincibility, immortality, and damage limit -She should take reduced CR pushback or just be immune to it. Belian, Zio, FEda, and other similar units just push her all the way to the back of the CR bar, with absolutely no way to protect against it as you can't give her immunity or buffstack
Mine is pretty damn good, 4600 atk, 162 spd, 340 CD, she definitely needs a damage buff, id bump her s3 by like 25% put the SB on s1, and make S2 a s3 reset and 100% CR push. Extra credit would be to bump the def scaling with atk, and increase damage to light
They should just boost the S3 dmg to allow her to do her job, smilegate forgot the tank meta is FREAKING HARD My idea to tune her would be Make her burn S3 hit as hard as soul burn damage without Burning Make S3 burn reduce her S2 Cool down by 1 turn Make her S2 Focus Light Units, if it doesnt focus Light Units then male whenever jer S2 kills one unit reduces cooldow of S2 for 1 turn So basically her kick will do its job and will be available always as long as she kills something

Dmg treshold for that is quite high that it doesn't proc sometimes. Also she's vulnerable to cool down reset skill. And it doesn't proc if she get targeted herself.
Yes I got her due to I just to do 2 draws to hit the pity benchmark. I still in the midst of building her. Let's see what happened in 2 weeks time. I don't think we need anymore broken units for this game but just unit that's good. Niche unit is a meh. Like I said, let's see what Smilegate do in the future
Question is, Smol. Shouldnt a unit that costs 750$ to pity if you whale or waste a pity for a free to play that takes months to achieve be OP like ML Luna and others? i don't think they all need to be as broken as like landy or luna, but i do agree with you in general. It's bearable for people with a good amount of ML5s, but if i was new or kinda midgame, i'd straight up quit if i couldn't use her. I think its a really stupid when people say "we dont want every unit op, we need to let some be mid". I'm fine with this opinion if they have it all the time. The problem is a lot of these people either want to skip, want others to get worse ML5s than they do, or have busted gear so they want to pick her when no one else can. It's just really selfish.
Ask yourself how many moonlight units are on the same tier with Mage Luna. And if she was on that level, would it be healthy for the game? Either way, I have no idea why everyone is pretending like this balance of power wasn't broken a long time ago. A good number of rgb units are now better than ml units. Isn't Flan the best generic dps in the game? Does that mean that any ml that's released from now on that's not as good is trash? Before this, it was BBK and Amiki who aren't even 5 stars. Also, that isn't a valid comparison between Bystander and LQC. Which dark unit is normally above 25k? Dark Crovus isn't meta, Haste and Harseti are not usually so tanky because the gear score is sacrificed for building them on sets like counter and injury. Light units that are dominating the meta only need to be tanky, which is why they are have way more hp. If their roles were reversed, won't you then say Bystander is the one doing a better job?

Limited units are usually at the level of mls. Also, most ml units that came out during their window were good enough to counter or alter the meta. Of course they're not as good now, sage baal for example or Fallen Cici... but at the time they were menaces. This was in the beginning of epic seven. This unit is laughable mid and doesn't change anything in the meta.

Its pretty hard to gear her even for end game players. The S2 should go into light units only and she needs something either for her speed (often too slow in this meta even with 190 speed, impossible to make her faster when you still want to kill something)or for CC/CDMG. Without Sigurd Artifact she just dies really fast so there is not even an alternative for that one.
What amazes me about how terrible this unit is..she needs a buff..I'll get back to that in a minute..but I was in rta and I purposely let someone use a bwayoung because I wanted to see her damage to my bride senya (I have bwayoung also by the way) so this person did a soulburn on there bwayoung and it did 77k damage to my bride senya..and she didn't have defense break..and let me point out my bride is pretty tanky with almost 39 k health and 16 k defense..so now comes to the point of her buff...ARE YOU CRAZY..think about it..if she got a buff where she can be buffed..she would be INSANE..I personally can do over 20 k damage without soulburn..and I'm just a average player..so for me..I think she's just fine..I mean really..do you really want a unit to be over powered..no..in fact..I was playing rta and twice I tried to lock her in protection and the players yielded..I mean if I gave her a ranking..it would probably be a 8 out of ten..because if there was a buff where she could be buffed..then can you imagine how busted she would be..she would be permanently banned in rta..and what would worry me is they would start nerfing ml units..and we don't want that..by the way .I'm still peeved about the original hwayoung nerf..so no..I think she's perfect the way she is..people need to stop smoking..she's already op 😅😅😅😅 I already seen some good counter builds..and by the way..I kid you not about someone doing 77k damage to my bride senya without defense break..I wish I could post my rta for you to see it but don't know how..I only wrote this because made a comment saying I was lying..but I guarantee I wasn't
77k damage without def break? You obviously lying😂 even with 5k attack and 350 cdmg only dealt around 50k(with soulburn of course). But you have to sacrifice speed and bulk. She would die first in rta😂 she defenitly need some change, not on her skill but on her stat. She a very very very stat hungry unit. She is the hardest unit to build rn.

As a newer player who pulled her I will be able to use her after farming gear for her after 5 years. 💀
