When my dad was in his death bed, one day I came back into the house after playing my pipes in the garden and he asked me to play The Black Bear one more time for him. My mother was worried that it would be too much for him because his face went very red and he was in tears.

@@wosse666 The solid orange is usually worn by the Irish. Scots kilts are in the plaid or tartan. It might be the colours of a pipe band or an army unit very often. Scots also wear their clan tartan very often when wearing the kilt for a special occasion. I am a MacIntyre (meaning - Son of the Carpenter) and I wear a kilt in Ancient Hunting MacIntyre on high days and holidays, even the occasional wedding :)
