As a UPS driver, it's usually not the driver's fault when the box looks like shit. It's from the loaders tossing it in the truck, or from the weight of hundreds of other boxes on top of it when it's transported in the semi trailer.
Not true. I've been doing shipping and receiving for almost 10 years with a daily UPS pickup. I've had a couple incredible driver's, but most of them just literally throw your package into the back of the truck without asking 😂 It's usually the guys with seniority and their own routes though. The temps and subs are always top notch.

I wouldn’t want some other upser to throw my shit so I’m not gonna through someone else’s. I’ve been there for 3 years now and of the drivers are despicable. There’s literally over 1000 packages in a trailer. There’s no telling what can happen on the drive.

Always having a light right there and bolts in the same spot everytime is a nice feature, and i'm not gonna permanently install either on my favorite piece of cardboard anytime soon...well then again...
First thing i noticed is that the rear wheels are locked in a straight position... trust me, crabwalking (rolling sideways) under the car is a must if you have one of these to work from.
As a ups employee I can assure you that we take care of the packages as far as loading and unloading goes. But when the packages are in the trailer and in transport from one center to another packages can fall and get smashed. for instance if that creeper were top loaded and the feeder driver hit a big enough bump in the road that creeper could fall or gave something fall on it. We are specifically trained in loading and unloading but not even the best loader could prevent accidents from happening. Plus we have a very good customer support system that if you’re not satisfied with the shipping you can get ahold of a representative fairly easily

I made one out if the bottom of a poptarts shipped(4 wheels on bottom), cardboard inside to build it up where the shipper sits down it in 2 inches. And wrapped in ductape. cost me 50 cents. Works like a charm
I bought a pretty comfy creeper at a yard sale maybe 10 years ago...and I've used maybe a hand full of times..if it's wet I just deal with it or put down card board...old clothes man they always seem to come in handy

I worked on the FedEx international airport, everyone in the shipping business litterally can’t take care of boxes. It’s physically impossible to keep up with the rate of boxes that come down the conveyor belts

I dont undertand why it's so damn high off the floor compared to cheaper ones out there. surely you would want it to be as low as possible to give you more room to work.
Forget dirt! How does it handle things when you roll into your airline or electrical cords? Better yet, does it roll over things like nut's, bolts, & wrenches? Or is it like nearly all the others that simply jams up stopping in it's tracks?
I get that this would be worth it for a shop. Or even a part timer. But I think someone who does this on a weekend with a budget, cardboard or a cheaper creeper would be just fine. (this is just my own thoughts)
