Hey guyssss!!! I wasn't actually planning on uploading a video today, BUT I took a nap and I felt extra jittery and energized so I decided to film this one for ya! Love the filming area, the colors are very pleasing to the eye.
My dad told me this in nursing school when I was sobbing about my grades because I was used to As. “No one will ever know or care what grades you got when you’re finally a nurse “. The top of the class ended up in administration and I’m still happy to say I’m a dedicated and solid bedside nurse. I’ve done NICU , pediatric surgery and nursery now. Been a nurse for 35 years. Never have regretted it. Don’t stress sweetie. Your heart is in the right place.

Wow Lessya, I agree with so much that you said, the rare plant hype is crazy, I would love a Thai Constellation but I am not willing to pay the enormous price they want for them, I think they should come down in price so more people can afford them, even when I have the money to buy one I probably won't do it, I can only hope that some day I will be able to go to a plant swap and possibly get lucky enough to get a cutting of one, those are plant dreams for sure. I think that you are going to make an awesome nurse, I can just tell that you have the heart for it. Hang in there things will get better. Thanks so much for sharing this video and showing the plants that are doing so good, I love the Hoya you have and I hope to get a few more of the ones that are on my wish list, the rare ones make me nervous because if you pay a lot for them you don't want them to die. That was definitely an entertaining and fun video. It got me through the night being I work at night. As always I love seeing your different hoyas and other plants. Refreshing to the eyes. I love your energy in this video! I’m also very introverted soo being home hasn’t been hard but I would usually spoil myself and eat out all the time soo I definitely miss going out to different restaurants and trying different types of food! Lol but also miss just being able to go to a nursery even if to just go walk around 🤷🏻♀️🌿

Love the part where you address high prices and how it’s because people are willing to pay those prices. I try to set a threshold for how much I want to pay for a wishlist plant but go over sometimes. There’s something addictive about hunting for plants and sometimes I have to step back and make sure I’m controlling my impulses lol. 🤪🌱

I had the same thing happen to me too! I have one difficult class that I was going to tutoring for done by the classes TA. Then COVID-19 happened and the tutor was considered nonessential and the class is purely online now. I took the latest exam today, only flagged 2, but performed way worse than I thought!! Being purely online has made harder classes more difficult!
Yessss. I'm coming to the same conclusion and wanted to talk about. I made my plant max $60 this year. I'm not willing to pay more.

I think the problem with the word "rare" is that it's so subjective - for example, the raphidora tetrasperma grows like crazy in some countries but would be considered "rare" in Canada because they have to be shipped in. Maybe we should look at being more specific, like saying things like "not native" and "lab cultured"? Might alleviate the weird feelings!

Awesome questionaire video. I personally prefer buying plants under 30 dollars. I hate it when they are overly price. But its kind of our fault because we are feeding to the frenzy of the plant. I admit being guilty of that heheh.

Emily Mejia Oh girl 😩 Its only my second semester and we really just gotta get through it 😂 Hold on to what your goal is and don’t let go. I try to start studying a week to two weeks in advance and I like to take online notes and also written notes. I really try to not kill myself though 😂 Just make sure you know your priority classes and get through those!
