      Thanks for the nice tutorial. I tried townload the all the files but, it only has the spring project at 11:25. how do I get the other files?

    Great tutorial! How did you make the visual spring at 12:36?

    This is the ultimate ridgidbody constrain tutorial! Ridgidbody is one of those really useful but unused features of blender and so some parts of it are buggy and unintuitive.
    Nonetheless thank you for making such a clear tutorial. Your dedicated effort in making this tutorial have made it much easier for me to understand.

    How do you bend the spring object while the simulation at 13:12

    • @Mrisometric
      @Mrisometric  5 місяців тому +1

      Its a Curve and its both ends are Hooked , the top hood is parented to top cube

      @@MrisometricWith hooking the curve from two points, will it stretch automatically while the simulation runs? Or did you add any drivers to the spring object?

    good stuff, thank you. I noticed there's not a lot of these around, so I take this one as the main primer in rigid body constraints.

    Maine frame 1 se frame 30 tk key set Kiya full body location karke uske baad key frame 35 se character ko select karke pose mode me body ka koi bhi part ko key set krta hu toh wo animation frame 1 se hi start ho ja Raha hai, for example 35 se maine pose mode me hand rotation key frame set Kiya toh hand rotation frame 35 ki jagah frame 1 se hi start ho jaa raha hai. how to fix it

    if someone needs to make a complex robotic arm (and only that), would you recommend that they use rigid body constraints or rigging?

    • @Mrisometric
      @Mrisometric  3 місяці тому

      Rigging for sure, RigidBody should only be used in places where gravity takes into action.
      For example : Complex Crane with wrecking Ball attached at the end.
      Rig the whole crane and after animating the rig ,RigidBody Constraint the Wrecking ball part.

    Great tutorial, thank you. Wondering, I've been trying to figure out how to "start" the rigid body simulation at a certain frame on the timeline. I have two objects that both drop, but I want one to drop a bit later in the timeline. Thoughts?

    • @Mrisometric
      @Mrisometric  Рік тому +1

      Key frame Animate "Dynamic" check box of that certain rigid body
      Dynamic checkbox when disabled makes that rigid body kinamatic.
      In simple words it won't react to force like gravity..
      And if your simulation start mid frame like say 69th frame the in rigidbody cache set start frame to 69..

    Good ref! I wanted to figer out springs as they just kinda seem to go flop on me! i wanted to create a spring array that could be a stand-in for a soft body ball that would allow a rigid body to drop onto it and be cutioned by it, given soft/cloth bodies can't influence rigid bodies in blender. Anyhow once i knew how to get the settings right and what to parent what to what (or what not to) it was easy to duplicate the parts so i got this six sided rigid body spring ball!

    This has been driving me crazy for the last two days and I can't figure it out. For the slider simulation, I cannot get the rod to stay still. It always falls over, even though I've got its origin at center mass. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've tried to recreate the simulation now three times, and each time I keep getting the same result :/

    This is a very good tutorial but my rigid body won't rote. It is a lamps handle. It won't move an inch. When it was just put to active without constraint, it falls normally down until it vanishes but as soon as I add the empty, it doesn't move an inch... Please help
