Maybe a dumb question, but how does it work from then on? Can you still leave all your gallery albums the way they are and start taking more pictures? And then when I plug my phone into the pc, I see those same albums as always, that I can transfer from? Or do I have to clear my albums to this sd card and then use the program you mentioned to transfer from sd card to pc? Or is that optional?
I actually find it easy to take pictures or videos and then plug into my computer and transfer to the SD card. If you are a heavy photo user then getting an app would probably be easier. Thanks for watching!

I really needed one because I love taking pictures and I don't like I am constantly almost out of storage space. I know a micro SD card will allow me to take pictures for at least a year probably before I have to start uploading and clearing space. Or I merely just save the micro SD card with the adapter I use and store pictures that way. I usually upload my files to Google Drive, but it gets to a point where you run out of storage and have to pay for more.
I also keep pictures and videos on the SD card but it is filling up. I'm thinking of getting a 64gb SD card on Amazon. I saw a deal for $18 for 2 - 64gb SD's, SanDisk Ultra. Thanks for commenting and watching!

Phone pics suck, just get a decent camera. Uploading your pics from phone to pc also doesn't take long.

Is it possible to merge the sd card to the internal storage and make it into one storage system?
I think you would need a third party software app, if they even make one. Microsoft can merge 2 or more hard drives in a computer, but I don't think Android has that capability. Thanks for watching!

yeah i cant even figure out how to do it. mine wont fit. android engineers thought it was too much to make it easy to insert an sd card into the device.

Is it possible to put a micro sd card in your phone to backup corrupted files then take it out
I think it would depend if it is a system file needed for the OS. If it is a random file, non-critical, then I don't see why not. Hope this helps!
Uhhh I put the sd card in with my phone on and I cant transfer any apps to the SD card
You could try restarting your phone, then go to settings, Apps and choose the app to move. Then in app info press storage, change and then you should be able to select sd card. Hope this helps.
@@tmwhatif8630 iv tried that😔 idk what's wrong with my phone but thanks for trying to help me. I honestly didn't evan think you'd reapond. I have a 80$ phone thats prolly why it dosnt work. it's the samsung a 12 it can barly run games without getting extremely hot so I didn't rlly exspect an SD card to work on it. Also I tried formatting the SD card when I first put in the card. idk what it means it said the card won't work on my device if I don't format it and it warned that i would lose anything I had on the card (i didnt have anything on the card) idk if formating the card could have also been a problome. But thanks for the help we need more people like you.

I have motog7 no sd slot just the USB slot for card reader
I looked up the specs for the moto g7 and it states it has a port for external micro sd. In my video you can see it is hard to find the cover to the port. I googled the specs for moto g7. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!

@HyperWindGaming The icon 2 has an sd card expansion slot for up to 64GB. You should be able to install a micro sd card the same as I did in my video.
Is micro sd card only for photos or things like that or it can add memory and to like apps-?
I use it for storage only. Not sure if you can run an app off it. I couldn't get an app to run off the SD card.
I have question, can micro sd card be too small or too big for my phone (Blackview A70 pro) or any other phone or every single phone has sam size to put micro sd card. I have a cell phone where the housing can be removed.
You will need to read the specs on your phone for max SD card. Hope this helps!
my sd card wont even fit. android is so ughh. like why cant they just make it where the SD and sim carts nicely it into the device? why does it have to be like figuring out a jigsaw puzzle just to insert an sd card?
That is a good point. Not sure why Android phones are designed this way. A separate slot for the micro SD would be easier.

Hello sir I have a problem,I'm using a Samsung galaxy j2 and my I took out my micro sd card but I tried putting it back in it pops back out,Is there any solution to this problem without replacing the slot or going to professionals.I've seen people online saying that they pushed it in and and didn't let go until it popped,is that safe to try
