You solved my biggest problem that I had as a beginner in share market.. 100 video dekha fir bhi nai samjha aur aapka ek video dekh ke mera pura confusion clear hogaya ..thankyou 🙏 Looking forward for more share market lessons from you.. God bless
Along with Mr Prashant explanation the presentation are so simple that they articulate subject with vividness and extreame clarity for understanding of students from all walks of life. Really enjoy yout concept teaching and classes. Thx. Keep shining.
Sir, i look at many talks in youtube regarding this but i never understood. U explained very well & providing such lacture for free. Thank u sir. Thank u so much.
You are the best. Maza aa gaya .... If i knew that CA preparation aap jaisa hota hai...I wouldn't have chosen engineering. Very well explained & re-iterated, whenever required . After listening to this...99% of traders will not have questions or confusion. Kudos again...Keep teaching...
I've subscribed to your channel only after listening to a video for 5 minutes, and I feel you really worth it, keep going. Excellent job. BEST EXPLAINER award goes to you.
Yes u can exercise it but it has to be an American Call option. If it’s European call option, it can be exercised only on expiration date not before that.
Within 2-3 lectures you got a new subscriber.. great explanation and very simple🙏🏻👍🏻 , i have been listening to your lectures while doing other chores still i am able to understand.. will try to watch all f your videos on this subject atleast .. thankyou😊
Dear Sir, Simply I would say Thank You! Content, Animation and presentation was very good. I understand the basic terminology in F and O market and all the concept of it. Now I am thinking that I should go for CA course after watching this your video of easy to understand made concepts.
Sir lecture is really nice and very informative in very easy language. Sir requesting you to start series on technical analysis. We are eagerly waiting for your easy but very knowledgeable lectures
Amazing video ...Simple language .. Extremely sincere efforts ..👌👌👌 Keep up the great work..👍👍👍 Please correct at two places..Loss is 2500..But mentioned 7500..
Super Duper lecture! Lucid to the utmost. : however, in the PPT shown in the background, there was a recurring error of showing the Total loss (=premium paid) as Rs. 7500/- while it should have been Rs. 2500/- only.
Sir excellent explaination. U r the best guru. The toughest TOPIC is taught and explained in a simple manner with a simple example. Thank u. One question please! CAN ONE BUY/SELL IN OPTION BEFORE THE EXPIRATION DATE?
excellent presentation impressed, at loss on both call and put option - image showing net loss= 7500 but you said only premium will be lost then it should be 2500. please clarify
Sir, as per my understanding from this lecture, Option seller or writter will always be a person with great confidence about the future price, so are they always DIIs and FIIs?... Do retail individuals also take Short positions or obligations in option?
Ayushi Maheshwari, not just FIIS and DIIs take option writer position even retail investors take this position but of course they should be extra careful as the loss is not restricted to premium amount.
Call option mein agr price 275 ya fir koi bhi value 300 se neeche rhega to buyer ko toh still loss premium paid ke equal hoga but graph me loss to km hote jaara jaise jaise price 300 k paas aara...Please clear my doubt
Very good explanation sir tq and I would like to know what are the factors that determine market view i.e how to come to a conclusion that market is going to be bearish or bullish or stable
Sir I have a doubt! I actual options trading we are paying an premium amount while we long a call or put. And we trade for the premium amount only..it it goes up we short and gain the amount. But here we cannot buy the underlying asset using that premium paid. So can you please make a video on how it works in actual scenario. And how the premium amount is decided by the exchange. And one big doubt I have is, I have searched for index options eg.. Nifty May 10000 and it would expire on last Thursday of may. But when this option was started at what date it gets started and at what price. Please explain sir
Under Valuation of options, in case of call option: Time value = Premium-Intrinsic . Here you took premium as 125 with regards to example previously provided. How is this value 125? In the example we paid a premium of 25 per share for a right to buy 100 shares @300 per share after 3 months.
I have an doubt sir your saing in put option that if the amount decrease thats our profit but when the market price is at 250 then why cant we buy at 200 sir you are saing that we should buy at 300
Obligation to sell is not bearish but thinks that the variation will be lesser than the premium earned. Similar for the Call Option writer is not bullish but compares the premium with variation.
@33.51 Loss to a Put holder in case market price is greater than strike price then he will lapse or let the option unexercised, so the loss will be limited to premium amount i.e. 2500 ..right ? and not 7500...
Boss... In case an option (call) is lapsed, we well bear max loss of premium paid... Correct!! Now my question is that who VL receive this AMT which is paid as premium and lost by me... As per my understanding of ur lecture, writer will get that premium... It implies writer will always be in a profit if option is not exercised by the buyer of option....
If a person is bullish then being call option buyer would always be better choice than being put option seller since your profit is not limited by premium. In such senario why anyone want to take put option seller position?

Fabulous explaination
In the call option (lapse) e.g. how did the total premium paid is 7500/- loss where as your premium for call option was 25 Rs per share = 2500/-
Jeevan Kumar. G yes it’s typographical error 👍🏻
Sir excellent explaination. U r the best guru. The toughest TOPIC is taught and explained in a simple manner with a simple example. Thank u. One question please! CAN ONE BUY/SELL IN OPTION BEFORE THE EXPIRATION DATE?

Loss amount must be premium paid.. Which is 2500 all your chart shown it as 7500 can you please confirm..

@@caprashantsarda thnks sir
I am beginner, so I confused which trade is high risk between Future vs Call vs Put
Futures are risk because of high capital required in it
@33.51 Loss to a Put holder in case market price is greater than strike price then he will lapse or let the option unexercised, so the loss will be limited to premium amount i.e. 2500 ..right ? and not 7500...
Loss equals to premium paid..if u r put holder.
goog
Sir in the slide u showed the loss as premium paid as rs7500 whereas it should be rs2500 as per your example. Was it a misprint or is it rs7500 only?
You have Manny wrong ! Mvh Raj mishra from swedin/indian
Exactly if loss should be equal to premium paid then 2500 should be loss in case of lapsing call or put option.
thodi mistake h.. loss premium ka hua h premium 25 x 100 = 2500 tha.. apne 7500 likh dia

Make a vidio on Binomial model for option market
If a person is bullish then being call option buyer would always be better choice than being put option seller since your profit is not limited by premium. In such senario why anyone want to take put option seller position?
@shubham sabale yes bcoz not all traders are of same opinions. If everyone is of same view then there will not be any trade in the market.
