NYC Subway: Short PM Rush Hour (B)(Q) Train Action at Newkirk Plaza (R46 B Train!)

In this video, we are at Newkirk Plaza on the BMT Brighton Line with short (B) Express and (Q) Local Train Action during the PM Rush Hour. An R46 (5820-5818 + 5850-5852) was used as a PM Rush Hour put-in for the (B) line due to a vandalized 68A being sent from Concourse Yard to Coney Island Yard. Despite the (B) train being a line based out of Coney Island, an R46-dominant yard, the R46 cars do not usually run on the line.
