Lefty Good Boy!! A favorite nylabone might help w/his anxiety. Dogs know more about people than we do. Plus, he doesn't want to lose the guy that Feeds him!
I think giving him something to chew on while you are interacting with someone else, is a great idea! I’m not so sure he’s anxious but he sure does want all of your attention, Dave. And I also think that he’s always up for a walk. So when you two are together and he has his leash on, he’s ready And wants to go for a walk with you! Lefty is such a gem of a dog!!

@@TheCampulanceMan I have one of those mettle baskets on it I plan to get a small inflatable zodiac that will fold up in a bag to keep up there I have ban thinking of gating a swing away spar tier mount for the back trailer hitch mostly just to make it look cool:)
Ok, my thoughts, I've been looking at a lot of videos. Some on building up the LMTV into overland campers, great idea for people who can work on those trucks. I can do some wiring, plumbing and build inside stuff but a mechanic I'm not. Anything in the $10 grand or under in a class c camper is going to be old with a great chance of leaks into the wood framing. Ambulance is all aluminum, what a great choice. You changed my mind.
@@TheCampulanceMan I cant believe you let the dog all over the inside of his home after he told you he was allergic. He Probably suffered all nighy then had to do a deep cleaning.
If Austin pet Lefty then he knows how much of an allergic reaction he will get! Probably takes meds. I'm sure David got the ok from Austin before bringing Lefty in his rig. Lefty is a very well behaved pit bull, life is good!
So the guy tells you he’s allergic to dog’s and you proceeds to let him close enough to climb on him then walk him all through his living space 😂 I see this is two years old, I Just found your channel and I enjoy all the walk throughs so far. Going through the list!
I told him I'd put Lefty back at our camp but he insisted that I let him pet him and let him check out his rig. He wanted to meet Lefty as much as me :)
Lefty has had a very quiet life in a house prior to these adventures. Some dogs deal w/it better than others. He meets many different people now so that provokes anxiety.
Nice rig, minimal buildout is con$ervative of resources. While Converter & inverters in Ambu’s are heavy duty for vehicles, they’re under-powered for FT nomads (who usu sell them). Rain channels at the roof are usually *structural, so they can support shading awnings. Diamond plate *looks fine as a mirror (tho oxidation will make it haze quickly), it is a big thermal break to the module, and thus needs removal on doors.
Love the videos Man also love the dog. But maybe in the future when you're doing van reviews. Leave the dog so we can hear what's going on it is so distracting
I didn’t catch what type of bed looks like it folds down. I would like to know what kind of bed it is. It’s one of the things that I would do first. I have to have a comfortable bed that’s for sure. Unless he built it himself. Lucky guy to be able to start his life on the road at a young age. I would like to know what he does to earn a living to support himself. I hope that isn’t too personal. I love his ambo. But I notice not alot of folks gut the inside and build it to fit. I am just wondering is that a personal choice everyone has or is it just for simplicity to grab ot and head out on the road?
The cabinets are well made (but heavy). The advantage is everything is done...including wiring....thus is even more Important if you have a simple van ambo as the inside has NO square lines.
In all seriousness, my big question is...can a campulance support my grid and brew Cuisinart coffee pot? I have no problem with the showering and bathroom issues...won't do without my coffee though...
