I actually tried to write the script for this video, along with all the tags and the description using chat gpt the currently free AI things people are using, so if I look like I'm reading here and there that's why. I'm trying to follow the script sort of, but I'm also trying do it naturally, and because I actually have to click on things in Master Duel rather then just prepare slides, looking around was a bit difficult. I hope you enjoyed.
For additional Information. The left 4 cards in a secret pack are from the master pack, the right 4 are from the secret pack. In solo mode I can choose to go first or second because I've already completed the stage, normally they make you go first.
Ask away, basic rule is triggers in hand are treated as quick effects in master duel and ocg so they follow the chain rules portion of the fast effects timing chart, differently than in the tcg where the timing is the same as it would be any other trigger effect. So in tcg they go on chain at the beginning with other triggers, in md and ocg they can't be used before other triggers so must be used afterwords like other quick effects.
Hey what’s up Ben, I’m fresh on MD getting cards together trying to make Sword Soul. I’ve taken your advice so far and I’ve collected 1 Max C, 1 Emergence, and 1 Ash from the bundle, but I’m not seeing a secret pack for the Swordsoul after crafting Emergence which is a SR? Any help would be appreciated, I’ll continue to watch your guides thank you.
Some decks don't have secret packs, the ones that don't are newer cards that have been added to the game after the game was released, for swordsoul you should probably pull from the tenyi pack but you'll have to craft the actual swordsoul cards
Cards that are newly added into the game are added to a new selection pack for a period of time before they leave the shop, eventually afterwards they should get added to a new secret pack, idk how long they wait to do that its not clear. Selection packs can be better than the master pack because all 8 cards will come from that pack, where as secret packs are 4 secret pack at 4 master pack cards.
Very helpful video. I used to play ygo about 5 years ago and was looking to get back into it with this simulator, but it was very confusing....up until now 😎

Ah, perfect. Thanks again. As a matter of fact, while you're here, I'm trying to build a vampire deck for fun. Which card would you suggest I craft in order to get the secret pack they all come in?
Entirely depends on the deck you want. Just be aware newer cards don't have secret packs right away, but the selection pack can be worth getting as well while it's available as these cards will not go into a secret pack for a while. So in this case Labrynth is a solid new deck in there.
@@ANBU_Blk_0p I won't tell you what card to craft as i don't play the deck to make that decision but I'll tell you how to pick one or find a pack, keep in mind some decks don't have secret packs, vampires do, so here's how to approach it without help. With help just youtube search a deck, and look at the 3 ofs they're playing and is a super rare, its preferable to craft a super you'll still want to pull 2 more of. 1. Go to the deck builder 2. Search vampire identify a super rare you'll need, I'll pick, Sucker, Facinator, and Zombie Vampire, I think 2 of these don't have secret packs but heres how you can tell, they might not have one because they're newer and were recently in a selection packs and will probably get a secret pack eventually. 3. Click the card and press how to obtain, for example zombie vampire only says master pack so its not in the secret pack, sucker has a the immortal royalty pack which is a secret pack, if you want to know what else is in it you can google it. Googling it means you might find a better card to craft in the pack then sucker to ensure you have 1 of the best card you can start with preferably you need more of, like I think Eldlich the golden lord is in this pack, so I'd rather have an eldlich then a sucker. This is the process for any deck, assuming the card has a secret pack available.
This is an amazing follow-up reply 👏 . I did find the SR card that gave me the free pack for the set. I'd say the deck is about 60% complete since finding this channel. I still have a good amount of craft points, but instead of using it to finish the deck, I will use those for staples. As all yugioh players can relate, the thrill of opening packs is making me play the game even more now 🤣.

This video is efficient and well structured. Well said dude thank you.
" you never wanna buy a master pack"
me: buys 1 singular master pack and pulls a ultra rare xyz monster that fits right into my deck perfectly
Good for you, still wouldn't recommend it.
thanks, well executed.
I wanna ask you about the interaction between ghost mouner and sp in MD and tcg?

Sadly sprights are nowhere to be found in secret packs
At some point they will, they make new ones over time.
