💎💰BIG DIAMONDS ARE FOUND IN THIS GRAVEL LAYER!! - Crater of Diamonds

  • Big Diamonds are found in layers just like these. Notice all the heavy minerals in my centers. I teamed up with Adam Hardin, he's found this amazing gravel layer four years ago. Out of 70 buckets he found twenty-nine Diamonds, two were over one carat! In 2018 Adam returned with a bag full of onions, he dug a hole in the same location in this video, finding 3-4 Arkansas Diamond weighing over one carat each, one estimated around $10,000.
This time we are hoping to see some one carat diamonds, or even larger!!
Hole you all enjoy the video.
Thank you all for the support!

A little tip the park is flanked on 3 sides with creeks. Those creeks you can go into using a screen to sift material coming off digging tools. There is an old map from the 60s lapidary Journal with crater of diamonds on the cover, shows the layout with the extinct volcano cones in one end of the property. Worth a look especially the creeks which are fair game. Testing diamonds without an electronic tester. Diamonds are doubly refractive a line drawn in a plain white paper if diamond will make the line take the shape of the stone. If not diamond it will magnify the line.

Sheez. I'm an 81 yr old female. Trying to just get to the gravel is beyond me. Have been there 7 times and have tuff and "pretty rocks". Resigned myself that I was never going to find my own, so I went into town and bought a little canary. The lure is still with me, but the work is too much. Keep digging fellas. Hope you find a big one.

But we really didn't know what we were looking for. We went to the quartz mine also and brought home some beautiful large quartz pieces we dug up. May have to go back again and see if we can find diamonds now that I know what one looks like.

Are sure that isn’t a ruby! I find rubies every time I go. My dads a retired jeweler I miss his store. No more freebies. Great video to show people how to look for them. Most people think diamonds are cut already but their looking for a rock. Your bound to find a nice Diamond that would be worth sending off and getting it cut into a pretty stone. A lot of diamonds their that are found are flawless and worth a lot. My dad had a ring that put a uncut Diamond in. We show it to the kids so they know what to look for. Don’t pay attention to stupid people. You did a great job!!! Keep up the good work !!

I have ADHD, and rockhounding is my new hyperfocus. I enjoy watching these videos so much, and I have so many questions.
I'd like to know what the little green/blu stones are when your spreading the fine gravel around 19:27?

If dogs can be trained to sniff out drugs, cash, bodies, chemicals etc., why not diamonds? Get a Bloodhound. :-)

I don’t want to win anything, I just want to say thank You for the awesome videos. I think you’re videos are enough gifts for everyone. My suggestion sell your giveaway items for fuel money. You provide enough generosity in your video content. Thanks DMI , have you considered selling T-shirts hats etc I would buy a DMI sweatshirt to support your outstanding Channel.

Thank you David! I had some merchandise listed, but it wasn’t selling, so I removed it. I’ll try and work on new designs. :)

STUNNING SPECIMEN! The Garnet is so red. I have found so many “pretties” but nothing like that piece you cleaned up... stunning. The diamond was a significant bonus, congratulations 🎈 I enjoy your videos.
