I think in June i went to Kasi(Varanasi). I went to Varahi temple along with my brother before opening the temple doors. We were sitting in front of the entrance as Pooja was going on behind the doors. Head priest was there telling the greatness of Kasi. I was feeling negative energy very strongly in my house .. daily night i was awake between 1-2 .. if i avoid getting up i was getting cramp in stomach ..toilet pressure .. one day i just playing different strotas .. this mantra came .. i felt relief .. then i started getting getting solutions to it ..i started lighting oil diya ..candle whole night .. totally relief .. i also came across Mayapur memories website who provide Narsingh Kavach .. i wore that ..and same night i was awake with the pain in the Kavach thread .. but nothing more ..from next day everything normal .. writing here cuz there might be ppl like me who have nobody to guide them in such situations.. om shanti ..
