DI AQ PPwede pinuntahan doun para lng mag fill up ng form for such request ksi dpt bago aq punta doun.. dala q na Lahat ng documents from you .. Mali po ba aq maam?

Hello sis. Ang authentication po ay depende sa request Ng standesamt. S iBang cases , ipapa authenticate lahat like un marriage visa clients ko, but in my case ndi po, only passport lang. I suggest to ask the standesamt, Kasi Sila PO mkakapagsabi Ng proper docs you need. Para ndi na kau magastusan at masayang ng effort if Mali Ang makuha nio info sa ibang tao or sites . U can give death cert nila or birth cert. Ang alam ko kasi if patay na parents, death cert binibigay e. U can submit both, pde naman sa munisipyo lang kumuha ng docs nila e. A1 is a MUST. Magkaiba cenomar at affidavit of singleness, cenomar from PSA, then affidavit from attorney kahit munisipyo attorney pde na sbhn mo lang need for visa. Yes get mo 5 siblings mo, kahit munisipyo dn na BC pde dont need to be from PSA. Un docs mo lang need from PSA. Declaration naman, download ka sa website ng embassh and sketch mo dun address mo po..

madelyn soriano hello. The Family reunion visa is a bit different sa marriage visa, but almost same process. Make sure to check the website ng German embassy po pra sa Family Reunion Visa. Un ibang maswerte na applicants, ndi na dumadaan sa checking of documents kapag kasal na sa Germans, but must the A1 certificate. And you may add your Marriage certificate sa documents mo kasi kasal kana po. Good luck Kababayan :)

Hello. It depends. Some process takes longer because the documents are sometimes with corrected papers, hard to reach the address given etc. Standesamt and higher court are different. Higher court will be at the later part of the process after the checking of documents in the philippines by german embassy manila. Yes, process and requirements are sometimes different because of the Stadt where your german fiance lives.. Hope it helps you

From the time Standesamt got my papers from Manila, it took 3weeks in their table since the person holding my files was in vacation, but normally, once the standesamt received the documents from Manila, they will directly call your partner to submit papers from Him, (meaning if your partner's documents are not yet ready, it will takes more time). My documents in higher court lasted for 3weeks.. Then after in HC, back to standesamt and that day my husband got a call for date of marriage...

I suggest to ask the standesamt, Kasi Sila PO mkakapagsabi Ng proper docs you need. Para ndi na kau magastusan at masayang ng effort if Mali Ang makuha nio info sa ibang tao or sites . Yes get mo 5 siblings mo, kahit munisipyo dn na BC pde dont need to be from PSA. Un docs mo lang need from PSA. Declaration naman, download ka sa website ng embassh and sketch mo dun address mo po..

Un ibang maswerte na applicants, ndi na dumadaan sa checking of documents kapag kasal na sa Germans, but must the A1 certificate. Marriage visa is always in Long term or National visa po since you can directly change the 90days bisa into resident visa kapag nakasal kana sa Germany.

If turkish ang fiance mo , i think may ibang requirements na maiiba, since d nmn sia true german, unless nagpa palit sia ng citizenship.. if magpakqsal kau sa pinas, u have to apply for Family reunion visa, and again baka may mga docs na maiiba compare to Pinay-German couple.. please check the requirements sa german embassy website kung san ka mag aaply, and email them about the citizenship of your fiance/husband.. un iba Kasi na Dutch ang asawa at nakatira sa Germany, they didnt require to submit Language certificate....

Maybe their Birth Certificate is enough and death cert. Pede din po nyo iask ang embassy para mas clear, kasi po sila ang mag conduct ng Checking of documents. But this documents only to validate na related sila sa iyo... Pede nyo po email si embassy, nagrereply po sila, juat be nice and specific.

No. Kahit ndi PSA. Un sakin ndi naman PSA galing ang BC nila. Kahit may mali sa BC nila, it has nothing to do with your applicantion.. Basta importante, ang documents mo walang problema. Kaai ikaw po ang applicant hindi naman sila.. Un sa sister ko mali dn BC nia but it didn't affect my CI.. Ikaw lang need ng baptismal po.. Goodluck.

First, may mga pinay po na nag aapply outside manila, but as i have heard, pinapasa padin nila sa manila ang papel or dun parin pinoprocess. Better ask sis the German Embassy in KSA pra sure ka, para ndi mo na need umuwi pinas para s process ng MV mo. Second, sa tagal ng relasyon? I dont think may ganun silang requirements, but they want to know if your relationship is legit or not. Third, sa support? This is important. If your bf don't have work, he has to prove to Ausländerbehörde and That he can support you here in Germany. This includes documents, or pede din pa sponsor from his parents if they have job or enough money to support and get you..

Sa germany kasi halos diretso na ang pasada ng documents, u submitted once and all done until makasal at makaalis. Unlike HK kasi, less documents nga sa pag papakasal pero mag steps na naman for registering kasal, und apply visa sa embassy.. I heard lot of my members na nag HK, but since nsa abroad naman kasi karamihan dun lang tlga nagpapakasal kesa pinas mas mabagal at madami chechebureche..

Next, nagexam muna ako bago nagbook ng appointment for interview pero on going na un checking of documents ko for my visa.. Ndi naman malaking issue kung may work or wala.. Hello. It depends. Some process takes longer because the documents are sometimes with corrected papers, hard to reach the address given etc. Standesamt and higher court are different. Higher court will be at the later part of the process after the checking of documents in the philippines by german embassy manila. Yes, process and requirements are sometimes different because of the Stadt where your german fiance lives.. Hope it helps you

I'd like to know based on your experience, how long does it take time since you and your fiancé apply documents to Standesamt until you get letter from Standesamt about your wedding date.
From the time Standesamt got my papers from Manila, it took 3weeks in their table since the person holding my files was in vacation, but normally, once the standesamt received the documents from Manila, they will directly call your partner to submit papers from Him, (meaning if your partner's documents are not yet ready, it will takes more time). My documents in higher court lasted for 3weeks.. Then after in HC, back to standesamt and that day my husband got a call for date of marriage...

I am not aware of the marriage visa process in India, so i cannot help you so much.. But better check the german embassy website in India (where you will apply) and look fpr the requirements..
