What focus setting do you use to get the movement shots sharp?

outdoor shooting: I dislike the racoon eyes lighting and the distoton of the wide angle lens. The top looks not very flattering since it seem baggy around the breats. However decent posing. I would also recommend using a step stool. All photographs employ low angles and that is not flatttering in all instances. indoor shooting: nice makeup
the flash shots would look better if the flash is bounced in the white walls instead of directly pointing it to the model
