This is true....I have cleared Level 2 but still finding difficulties to get into a job.... Right now to get into a job with a good educational background along with skill and the deep knowledge about the market is important this where I might struggling right now but CFA is still very credible exam..you will be learning great concept with gold standard LES, where your concept getting better and better about finance

@@moinkhan3382 CFA itself a sufficient degree to have a good job along with skill but if you want to have dual degree or certification than people do it which multi combination based on their interest of field, 1 MBA finance + CFA , 2. CFA + FRM, 3 CA+ CFA although I will not suggest this 3rd combination

If you don't know about any course then don't say ...CA can get job easily as compared to any other professional and you are saying about demand ,haven't you seen government data of need of CAs.
There are only 4.00 lakh CAs and average per year only 18000 CAs are made .

This is because the CFA Institute forgot the meaning of CFA why I say this is because CFA is a Hard core Degree where as Share Brokers are Softcore and secondly the work of a CFA is to increase the Savings and Share brokers keep on asking for money and last of all there has to be a CFA Foundation because it should be realised that One Share means Exemption from Doctor and owning more than one share means three wrong injections till the Share Inventory reduces to the Last Level of just one share
I switched from UPSC prep to finance field in 2022. I started a mutual fund distribution business. Along with that I completed CFP, FRM Part 1 and CFA L1. I am planning on completing everything by Feb 2025 and also complete various skill development courses. Thereafter my plan is to get into investment banking and later into private equity. I have no work experience whatsoever apart from my own business. How difficult do you think would it be for me to get a job given the fact that I only have a humble BA degree?
I think you should try to join alchemy capital or some company which is selling pms or AIF's which would easily get you a job.

One of the best drawback is CFA's scholarship access program , i have seen multiple individuals despite having enough financial stability to pay for program fees still they go for scholarship , i mean scholarship should be given to the needy ones and yes i hate the way CFA judges the capability of individual on the essay , i mean come on why don't you ask for income certificate / family annual income statement something like that to decide . In my friend's circle both individuals wrote the same essay for scholarship but one secured and other one didn't , so its more like a lottery draw . Its high time , CFA institute should do something about this

I have completed BBA in finance from Nmims in 2023. I have a keen interest in finance. Also I'm a Certified financial modelling and valuation analyst (FMVA) from CFI. I had opted out from placements in my college since I want to do an MBA and want to give my 100% in cat preparation but unfortunately I scored 87 percentile only. I'm taking one more drop for CAT 2024 aur Iss baar mei faad dunga. And I will clear CFA till level 3 along with my MBA.
This video is very helpful for the people who think only CFA level 1 is enough. CFA is for enhancing the profile. Only CFA is not enough 👽

He says unlike CA, jo bohot saare log nikal lete hain. According to him, CFA is tougher than CA. LOL! 😂😂 Joke of the year! CA in Inter is 10 times tougher than CFA all 3 levels. And ICAI uses every possible tactic to ensure only very few people pass!
By the way, CFA India mein zyadatar CA dropouts krte hai and woh sochte hain ki CFA ke baad investment banking karenge. LOL! What they don't know is a CA ranker is given more preference in IB than just a CFA.

These degrees won't help to break into IB. For front end IB, get an MBA from top b schools. You might get back end jobs with the degrees you mentioned.
Currently the demand for ca is much more higher in India because of developing economy and it'll remain the same in upcoming 5 years because India is an developing economy however looking it from a larger perspective the demand will go down in 15 to 20 years that's why ca insititue is now planing to take this course on international level
Institute made an ambitious remark that they want around 40 lakh CAs by this century iirc

I knew all these points and I am studying for cfa level 2. But for point number 9 i dont hv a circle for cfa l2 students for one reason. I study well when I am studying alone n not in a group . It helps me concentrate much more

Hi sir i have doubt related to career.
currently maine degree in B. Com in Banking and Insurance(BBI) pass kiya hqi with 9.12 CGPI and i have also completed CCC, Tally Prime, Advance excel, BFSI COURSE, MODEX(Stock Market related activity held by my CLG and I have also certificate in Employability training skills. Currently I am pursuing Accounts and Taxation course duration is of 6 month in which I will get to learn Tally prime, advance excel with dashboard, TDS with challan, GST calculation, ITR FILLING and MIS. So what should i do after this? I have interest in Banking, Finance, Accounts.
Find a job, You are just doing learning while not implementing it in real life. Find a job, Don't waste more time getting certificates while missing to capitalise real life value.
