I would recommend saving all of the offline OC codes of your OCs somewhere on your device (probably by putting them in a google doc) and then uninstalling and reinstalling Gacha Club again
It happened to me where i couldn't save my OC's buti tried uninstalling it and installing it, surprisingly it saved the OC's in the storage or whatever it was called but not the other 9. But i don't really know man-
Mumtaz all due respect idk what half those words mean 😃 but yes I have come to the conclusion I might have to delete it even though I have like 100 ocs saved

try clearing your cache for gachaclub , or atleast do that save number code thingy and then delete and redownload it again
