3:25 keep in mind that "Death Messenger" damage is considered as Resonance Liberation damage IF HE ACTIVATED HIS RESONANCE LIBERATION. That heavy attack is called "Mercy" if not in state of Resonance Liberation. Death Messenger without casting Resonance Liberation is still a Heavy Attack damage. What you have said is misinformation. If you want the 2 stacks of Void Thunder set, you have to do 1 Liberation Skill and 1 Heavy attack, or 2 Liberation skill (Tap twice the E skill).
Yep you are correct, forgive my 3 am brain, using Mercy there activates void thunder since it is a heavy attack which basically achieves the same thing so at the very least the combo still made sense. Misinfo is still misinfo though i thank you for correcting me
@@nawu2024 i bet they do not nerf it, they just prepare it for future character so they can have uncancel outro buff even when you actively quickswapping (just like Verina).
I highly suggest watching Alec John's 3 sec outro combo for Verina too. The combo would massively decrease verina field time while activating all her buff and guaranteeing her outro. You can skill>echo>jump in quick succession to animation cancel the skill and echo then BA123 while in mid air to trigger her healing.
That does sound like it'd be the fastest in terms of animation for sure! For the hardest combo here though you want to use her Echo after her mid air attacks to make sure it doesn't run out when Calcharo ults, but i can certainly see how she can do this with the other combos
As much as I like videos like these, I don't think I'll ever fully do endgame stuff like ToA, MOC or Abyss. Never lucky enough for good relics/echoes/etc. Just here to enjoy the game and play it. Do love the more in-depth guides to show newer players how to play more effectively.
@@shevek5185 Even if it was. I tend to not care so much about end game like clearing that sort of stuff. It's nice to be able to, but don't care enough to.
For even more efficient, you can swap to another character when Cal do forte attack (both normal and liberation state), deal some damage and swap back to Cal before he end his attack animation.
I thought, that for yinlin void thunder was still better for sub dps in the calcharo team, sure she doesn't give the the echo buffs but the difference in dmg would outperform the buffs
I think when we get an insane Electro DPS in the future that can deal a lot more dmg than Calcharo Moonlight set might become better .. but rn , it's just better to have her on Electro set since it's not worth sacrificing her damage to give more buffs to Calcharo
This is very nice, i like this guide, it shows everything and most common configurations, hoping these get more and more sophisticated as the game progresses and we get more characters.
Do we have pourcentage of dps for each combo? Cause if the first combo is better like let say 2-3% than the second combo i think it's overlycomplicated for nothing and isn't worth it. And in reality you can't always perform perfect rotation so if we know that it would be great.
Sadly im not big brain enough to math it out, but the damage difference won't be high, i did mention in the video that its more important to keep close to the rotation as best as you can, simply choose the combo you think you can adhere to the best and that will be your highest damage combo. On the contrary, if someone's more used to these high-tempo action games, they may find the hardest combo nice to follow and play around. The important part is managing the concerto and ult energy tbh. But yea i'll try and math em out for another video
Considering you can cancel verina's skill with the bell echo, why not always use skill and cancel into the echo everytime you just use the echo in those rotations? it's always a shit ton of concerto energy (up to 48 if you are using r1 variation and s2 verina), and one(two if s2) extra forte stack for even more concerto/healing when you do the jumping attacks.
This is true, the showcase here uses moonlit only cuz the heron echo is much easier to use for me. But even with void thunder, i believe you can do the same rotation and have it work fine.
2:15 It is quite important - in case of using Heron as the echo on Yinlin - to use its hold attack instead of the tap attack as it does twice as much damage as well as gives you around 20% (?) more resonance energy (provided it keeps on hitting). To engage the hold animation, it doesn't need to be a long hold at all. It's quite easy to get used to, but we're talking about holding it for ~0.3sec instead of tapping it. One thing to keep in mind when using it, is that it WILL keep on juggling the enemy higher and higher if said enemy is airbourne when the first hit connects.
I am also unclear about this. The description says: Once the initial attack lands on any enemy, the current character regains 10 Resonance Energy. If the current character uses their Outro Skill within the next 15s, the next character’s damage dealt will be boosted by 12% for 15s. It's not clear to me if the two are linked...
For the hard combo, wouldn’t heron’s buff land on Verina instead of Calcharo? Would it be better to save it before/after Yinlin’s Forte? Before would probably be better because u can dash cancel out of the flame breath into a plunge, then finish with the forte ani cancel into calcharo. If you do heron after forte you’ll probably get hit from going through her forte’s full animation
Look at me ace the first combo at the first try... ... ... let me practice some more real quick... ... ... Ok... by Sunday i'll have it down... i'm sure of it... probably...
Verina's bell buff acts for the whole team for 15s so nope Calcharo wouldn't lose it in all of the combos shown, the easier combo though calcharo may not benefit fully from it

It's good my brother that is actually a good rotation it's just misinfo. Still a good content.
I lose my train of thoughts whenever yinlin ults.
i don't have a train of thought ever since i saw yinlin's ult.
i just wanted to admire her
This is really the type of guide videos that I am looking for to improve my gameplay in wuwa. Great guide my man keep it up 👍🏻
reject optimization, return to quickswap
Real.. swap cancelling is one of the identity of this game... sad that they nerfed it, but i dont care..

Managed to pity one weapon and calcharo that's it
My best stat is literally only Havoc rover with 54/160, but that's only because I used 44111 echoes

I believe he'd lose Yinlin's outro buff if you do it during the liberation state, what you said worked in beta though, sad they removed it

My man gottah go with the cope setup with Havoc Rover because no Calcharo. I know that feel.
For an f2p team you can run yuanwu as main DPS he'll fully use yinlin but his dps is not that special but he scales with def.
DOggos Yinlin in Illusive realm . strong
