With that Swami Vishnu start the entire International Sivananda Yoga Organization that now has 10 ashrams and more then 30 centers around the world and trained more than 40,000 Yoga Teachers for bring Peace to this chaotic world.

I am here after reading a book "Brahmacharya by Shri Swami Sivananda sarasvati". Book is phenomenal and it is needed in today's era. I urge everyone to read that book.

I’ve been practicing yoga seriously/ daily for about 9 years but had never heard of this teacher and organization! Beautiful. The disclaimer at the end was good to read, because of the 70 or so common asanas, I can do only the easier 35! (I’m in my 60s) I didn’t see even one asana in this documentary that I am able to do. Those are very advanced practitioners!
I stumbled on the ashram in the Bahamas, and wound up staying and serving for 3 life-changing months in this spiritual paradise. I recognize many of my friends in this documentary. Thank you so much for creating this wonderful message of love, and I encourage everyone to go to one of the Sivananda ashrams or centers. Om!
What an incredible documentary! It put me to tears of gratitude for discovering the power and life force that yoga has given me. I recently completed my TTC course at the Mathatitu yoga ashram in Kerala. It was remarkable. I practice yoga daily, and my life has never been as fulfilling, full of love, and connected as it is now. Yoga has provided me with the tools needed to connect with my spirit, body, mind and higher self. It has reminded me of my connection to everything in this world, and opened my eyes to being a beneficial presense on the planet. Om shanti ♡♡♡ Thank you for sharing!

Superb. Had visited Rishikesh Ashram in India and wanted to know Sw.Vishnudevananda's works in the West. Having seen this movie I feel myself blessed. Thinking of Swami Sivananda, I feel proud of my country who has produced such saints, they are in great many numbers. I know of other two disciples who had taken sanyas from this great Guru. Swami Sivananda, on one particular auspicious day. They are, though no more, Swami Chinmayananda (Samadhi 1993) who taught to the world Gyan Yoga and Hindu culture
and Swami Satyananda Saraswati(Samadhi 2009) who established Munger School of Yoga, Munger, Bihar State, as well as Rikhia Peeth in Baidhyanath Dham (one of the 12 Peethas) in Jharkhand State, India.

Once i wanted to be alone..so i went to the station to take a bus who will ride in the coast of the country..i was on a spiritual path.Well am still am..So i took a bus to the south of the country to take that special bus..There was a Statue of Swami sivananda..i pass by to pay a visit..It is a very beautiful statue of swami ji..i was just watching him with some prayers in my heart....its a big station..Normally i drive but that day i decided i wanted to just sit in the bus and look at the sea..so i ask him to help me find the bus..then i left the place hoping to find someone to ask for help..to my great astonishment out of nowhere a man come directly to me telling me that the bus you searching for is there at the end.he even tell me the name the place i wanted to go...Immediately i know was Swami Ji help..I bow down to the Mahavatar Swamiji.

So wunderschön die Bilder und Videos wie es früher war und sich ausbreitet ich bin so dankbar und sehe es als meine Aufgabe dort weiter zu machen. Ich wünschte ich könnte diese Meister treffen. Sadhguru ist für mich ein lebendiger Guru der auch über UA-cam sein Wissen teilt. Ich möchte unbedingt nächstes Jahr nach Indien :) und dieses Wissen weitergeben ich liebe Yoga über alles

I am so blessed to have been in the company of Swami Vishnu over the years. His presence lives in me and reminds me of the importance of positive thinking and acting. My practice of Yoga and my teaching has sustained me physically, mentally and spiritually for many years.
